Being a player is not an easy thing. Becoming a player requires a lot of hard work, patience and perseverance.

Players work hard to strengthen their position. Sometimes loses. But by taking lessons from the rate, they snatch their success. With their good performances, it takes place in everyone's mind. Millions of people know them. They appreciate them.

On the other hand, viewers only watch on TV or clap while sitting in the field gallery. None of them know. There is a rush behind the screen.

I want to be a player without being a spectator. If we are regular, we will be in the team of players. Everyone will know us through our work. Everyone will have our name in their mouths. For these I need hard work. It is remain that without hard work nothing can be achieved. If I can do work hard I can achieve my goals.
