Exercise is the best part of the life. Need need exercise for our healthy life. For the the our normal working life huge of mental pressure is induce our life. To release the pressure we need to exercise every day. From the beginning we do not try hardly. We need slowly increase our exercise time. For the beginner we need just warm up our body. Day by day it should increase slowly. Exercise increase the work capacity. For regular exercise the body and mind become refresh. We get lot of energy for work. The exercise become effective if we done this in morning. When we wakeup then our body and mind remain fresh. For these the body and mind do the work effective. The person who do not get any time in morning they trt exercise in afternoon. For a good healthy life everyone should do exercise every day at least 30 minutes.
