Type of taste

In our daily life we often use this word "Taste."

• This word is derived from the Word testen which means flavors.But do you really know what it's mean.Recently studies describe it by some qualities.We may say that there are some most common flavors of taste. Which are bitter,sweet,sour,salt. Mine favorite flavour is sweet.
