Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs.pork belly (chopped)
1 1/2 lbs.chicken cut into serving pieces
4 pcs.dried bay leaves
2 tsp.whole peppercorn
1 head garlic (crushed)
6 tbsp.white venigar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp.oyster sauce
2 tsp.brown sugar
2 cups water
Salt to taste
3 tbsp.oil
How to Prepare
Heat oil in a pan.Saute garlic until it becomes golden brown.Remove the garlic and set aside.Add pork and chicken and cook for 5 minutes.Add whole peppercorn,bay leaves,oyster sauce,soy sauce and water.Let it to boil and simmer until the meat gets tender.Add sugar and stir.Pour in venigar and let it to boil.Simmer until most of the liquid evaporates.Add salt to taste.Put the garlic and stir.Cook for 2 minutes.
