Why Pakistan lacks Allrounders like stokes and Shakib

Pakistan start playing cricket in 1952. Pakistan produce many allrounders like Imran Khan, Shahid Afridi, Abdur Razzaq and M. Hafeez. But now pakistan haven't allrounder like Ben stokes, Pandiya, woakes, shakib ul hasan and Nabi. Because of this Pakistan is struggling to make their team combinations.A time when Pakistan play with 4 allrounders Afridi, Malik, Razzaq and Hafeez but at recent time imad and shadab are considered to be as an allrounder but they are not proper Allrounders. So Pakistan has to develope their domestic system and club system. Thats how they can make a good young team.
