Ingredients:
2 kg of beef without bones
1 tablespoon dried chilli powder
Half a table spoon of turmeric powder cumin paste 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Onion paste 1 table spoon 4 bay leaves
4 small cardamoms
Cinnamon medium 4 pieces
Clove 2-3 pieces
The amount of salt
Mustard oil 1/2 cup
250 grams of sour yogurt
Method:
Cut the meat into pieces, wash it well, drain the water and take it to the cooking pot and spread it well with all the ingredients. Cover with a lid for at least two hours. Then cook on low heat in the oven with a wooden stick. Remember, water cannot be given. Stir over low heat until the meat is black. Before unloading, fry jaggery, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon and cumin powder. When the meat is black and oily, put it down. Simmer more than once to enhance the taste. Serve with hot rice or bread.
