The dethroned Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi ll, will from October this year, start a fellowship program at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.

Kano Focus reports that the Management Committee of the African Studies Centre, University of Oxford, recently approved Sanusi’s request for a Visiting Fellowship (Academic Visitor) at the Centre for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Oxford College's African Studies Community is one of the world's driving Places of African Studies.

The Inside noted that Mr Sanusi who is likewise a previous Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), expects to utilize the time of his alliance to compose a book around the subject: 'Central Bank Reaction to Worldwide Financial Crisis: A Contextual investigation of the Central Bank of Nigeria 2009-2013.' 

This will be founded on his experience as the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, and as a banker and open scholarly.
