The man took the cup of tea in his hand and took a sip
“What’s the work?” Anil asked with curiosity.
“You have to circulate fake currency”
“Fake currency” Anil’s face turned paled.
“Yes, fake currency. You have to circulate fake currency into the market”
“But there is a huge risk to get caught”
“Did we got caught by cops till now?”
“I did not understand your statement” Anil asked with surprise.
“What do you think the money that you got for keeping the box, were they genuine bank notes”?
Anil smiled and then said,” What are you saying? I do not believe you.”
The man took out note of 500 rupees from his pocket.
“Have a look at this” he said by showing that bank note to Anil and suddenly turned it to show the other side which was just like a blank paper.
“Oh my god, this bank note is only printed from one side” Anil said
This note is not yet printed completely, the another part of it is yet to be printed. After then a wire will be inserted in the middle just like you see in a genuine currency note so that no can make out a difference between fake and genuine bank notes.
“That amazing. But I still do not believe that you are saying truth”
“So what if I get the second part of this bank note printed and bring it to you, would you then believe?”
“Ok so tomorrow you can show me this bank note completely printed, then I might believe you”
After Anil wrote down the bank note number with him.
“Okay, I am leaving today and tomorrow I shall come and show this complete bank note then we can further” that man said and left.
Anil wanted a new job from which he can earn crores of rupees at the earliest and now Anil started to think that he would become a man with money in no time. The next day that person came to Anil's house and showed Anil the same bank note which he showed yesterday.
“Look carefully, isn’t it the same bank note?” the man said to Anil.
Anil carefully examined the note from both sides and also checked the number he noted yesterday to cross verify.
“This looks exactly like real bank note”
“Yes, it is just like a real bank note”
“But will this work in market?”
“Let’s go to market and check the same”
Both moved out of the house and stopped to local cigarette shop. The man said,
“Hey, please give me a cigarette pack” that man said giving the same note of ₹ 500 to the shopkeeper.
The shopkeeper carefully checked of ₹ 500 note and then gave cigarette packet and rest of the balance money to the man. Seeing this, Anil was convinced that the man is telling the truth.
“What do you want me to do?” Anil asked
“We print a lot of notes in a day which we need to circulate in the market. You will have to do the circulation job for us”
“What will you get in return”
“We will give you this note in exchange for gold. Whatever will be the gold price in the market, we will buy gold in double the value of it in fake notes from you, then you can keep half the money with you and can buy gold again from the market"
“But you can buy gold from the market yourself too then why do you need me?”
“We print a lot of notes so if we buy gold of so many notes every day, then it will easily be tracked. Hence we need an agent who can circulate few fake notes in the market for us”
