Ingredients:

Noodles 300 gms

Chicken 250 gms

Onion 2

Carrot 1

Black pappers

Garlic 1 spons

Spring onion

Oil 2 tsp

Dark soya sauce 2 tsp

Red chilli sauce 2 tsp

Now chicken merination:

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp corn flour

1 tsp white pepper powder

Salt

Method:

Soak dry chilli and garlic in boiling water for 20 minutes,strain the water and grined to paste. Add salt vinegar and oil. Mix with a spoon and store in a a glass container.
