A lot of us wake up at the morning , prepare a cup of coffee , read some news on newspaper,social media..etc then get ready for his job .

When you do this things again and again it becomes a routine and believe me the routine is suck !

Everyday when you wake up think about something new , something will make you start your day better like go for a morning walk :) or learn somthing new maybe or anything different from what you did in the last two days !

Any new activity will make you more excited and will make you feel more energetic so by the end of the day you will see that you achieve something even if you decide to walk , read , learn anything new !

And believe this will change the rest of your day !
