Mustard Hilsa
Materials
8 pieces of hilsa fish
The amount of mustard
6 onions
10 raw chillies
Adabata quantity
1 teaspoon of turmeric paste
The amount of cumin
The amount of salt
A little sugar
A small amount of mustard oil
Method
1. Mix mustard paste, onion and chilli paste together and dip the pieces of hilsa fish in it with a little water.
2. Then pour a small amount of mustard oil in the pan and add ginger, cumin and turmeric and some green chillies.
Remove the spices.
3. Then pour the pieces of hilsa fish mixed with spices in it and leave it on low heat for 20 minutes. A moment to cook
First spread a small amount of sugar and mustard oil on the fish and leave it for 2 minutes.
4. Then serve hot with delicious mustard hilsa.
