A perception that I have always followed, or have been a great supporter of, is the ability to be thankful to God in absolutely any situation you find yourself in. Regardless of how hard it is to tackle or how heavy it seems to be at that time. The only feasible explanation I could give myself at that time seems to be that " feeling low now is either the consequence of being dismissive to something important in the past or either it's a prelude to achieving something much valuable that'll subsequently raise the energy level." Or either it is both, in order to maintain the natural flow and balance of the universe.
Being alive is a blessing itself:
Being born Human is the biggest blessing we could have and being a healthy one is the cherry on the top. It is a blessing to run on this planet and witness what the surroundings offer us to visualize the trees grow that you have planted in your childhood. To expertise all seasons it offers to the food that we have a tendency to eat to survive. To become older with the folks, you're keen on. Have a blessed family and show feeling to everything before we have a tendency to leave this place. But as a result of we tend to area unit immense in range, things have become difficult. Something in abundance can lose its worth. We have a tendency to continually crib, cry, crave for things we have a tendency to ne'er got. Exceptionally proficient humans find faults in nearly something and everything. Life has become an exception. Being happy has become history. Sensible factor life continues to be thought-about as a blessing (in disguise) and that we hunting to be happy.
Why giving up is not the answer?
We have been used to some drama in our lives; that's where their usage comes from.
We naturally know when to quit and when to go on. It is our survival kit. Just like we know when to eat. We have developed through the mental process - concepts, explanations, debates - we have conceptualized things, so we are now facing our physiological needs and more the matching of what we believe about them.
When you know you're hungry - your body knows - but you do not agree with it - "you have been eating too much today," "it's not the time for it," "this (type of food) is not good for your diet" - you start you internally conflict, and somebody has to win.
When you go with the flow - meaning that you look at your internal beliefs raised to the surface by your great resisting to quit or not to quit - you will discover inner peace, your being is whole again, healing is in process, and staying and quitting is part of the process, not the "main thing." YOU are the "main thing," the lessons you want to learn, the experiences you want to give to have, the love you give to yourself.
Moving forward step by step:
Change your state to change your attitude. For the good purpose, this is a common personal improvement method that can take several different forms.
For example, if you've spent a lot of time indoors, get out of the house and spend the whole day outside.
If you're feeling down, dance or exercise to get your body going. If you hear other people's (or your own) critical voices, drown them out.
When you help someone get out of their funks, you form a true bond that is profoundly satisfying and can also ignite your own passion. Of course, you don't want to ignore your own needs and devote all of your time and resources to others, but there is a happy medium.
When you help and inspire others, you will receive more support and inspiration in return.
Watching over what goes in and out of your mind, body, and soul will keep you in the best condition possible for dealing with almost anything in this world by giving you more stamina to deal with the difficulties we face in life and those specific to you.
For a variety of purposes, self-care is essential for building resilience when you face seemingly inescapable problems.
