Accept. accept you are wrong. Sometimes, you are the reason why you're angry. Maybe you cared too much and talked too much. Let people mind their businesses. If they want to do something, let them. Unless your dignity has been trampled.Â
Understand. understand that all people commit mistakes. Not all the time they are perfect, not all the time they can cope up with everything you want.Â
before you yell at someone have some:Â
Empathy. try putting your feet on someone else's shoes. Always think you might offend and embarrass someone. What if they got stressed because of that yelling? You'll never know. Let it out but do not hurt anyone physically, mentally, spiritually, and psychologically. Remember that you can let out words from your mouth but you can’t let them in nor go back anymore.
