I tried doing some tricks in the kitchen. In fairness , the food is actually delicious 😋😋😋.
INGREDIENTS
4 pcs kamote left over mashed
2 pcs eggs as binder
2 tablespoon all purpose flour as binder
1 pc bulb onions (brunoise cut)
3 cloves garlic (brunoise cut)
1 pc red bell pepper (brunoise cut)
2 stalks onion leaves
200g pan fried pear shaped ham (brunoise cut)
2 pinches of rock salt
PROCEEDURE
Mixed all ingredients in a bowl. Heat oil in pan. I used a stainless flower frame. Fry at 2 minutes each side, do not burn as it spoils the beauty.
PLATING
Arranged in a white porcelain plate. Garnished with Atis flower, red apple peel and a half moon lemons.
Served hot.
