Some Ways To Be Cautious Again

Saturday is again my rest day this month. As I've mentioned in my other article, we changes schedules and rest day too. So having a loaded week, I got to enjoy my rest day sleeping and sleeping more. Making my article for the day to be finish and publish later then.

Everyone nowadays are too loose on the health protocols as the government allow us too. Also we have been vaccinated and even receive our boosters shot. I understand how much we all felt when pandemic starts and how we are all locked up to follow all the health protocols. Though the surging of the positive cases of COVID seem to trigger us again.
In our company, we are not too strict too. In fact, before we are not allowed to enter the company premises without wearing double mask and now we only use one face mask then. The barriers too are taken away except for those spaces that needs it. The face-to-face meeting is already allowed and sometimes only use zoom meeting then. Thus we are all happy to be almost back nearest to normal like before.
However, the recent data of antigen results too in our company shows a surging of positive cases daily. I also read tonight in our groupchat that a colleague need to be included in the random antigen test after being a close contact of a positive colleague too. Thus again we need to be cautious once again.
Stay at Home and avoid Public Places
Stay at Home if there is no important thing to do. The virus is still around and the current weather condition also contributes to us for getting sick. As much as possible, we should avoid public places not unless if needed. Like if we need to buy our needs, of course we have to go to public markets and supermarkets. But when we go out, we must strictly wear our face mask properly and bring some hand sanitizer always.
Monitor Body Temperature and Daily Health Condition
Everyday it is best to keep on track on out body temperature. Some may feel fine but when they get to check their body temperature, it shows a high figure. Just like those colleagues who got stuck in our company gate after being detected by the thermal body scanner having a high temperature. They will say, they are fine and doing good but the thermal scanner shows different. So at least, we can justify that we are fine and we can detect early at home if we are having fever or high body temperature.
Also be health conscious, drink a lot of water, exercise as much as possible, drink vitamins and eat healthy foods to boost your immune system. Keeping us to have a good health condition always.
Do not Accept or Lessen Visitors and Do not Attend Gatherings
Many are happy because after the pandemic we can have gatherings and visitors already. Even me enjoyed it too since we can celebrate important occassions with our family and friends. But why I include this way to be cautious? Simple, hosting a party and inviting many can spread the virus rapidly. If the person you invite is unknowingly positive or also bring a friend that is infected, how will you know your gatherings is safe from the virus? We cannot tell though we can simplify things. We can limit our visitors and gatherings to close family and relatives then. By this, we can tell who our close contact and monitor their health conditions too before and after having a gatherings.
Keep Doors and Windows Open for Good Air Circulation
Simply open your windows and doors to have a good air circulation. Let the air flow freely in and out your home. So that if some virus could have get in your house, it will just be carried away by the air freely out.
Clean Your House All Times
It will really help boost our health when our house is always clean. Even how busy we are, keeping our house clean will keep the virus away and cannot spread at all.
Closing Thoughts
Covid-19 leave us a mark in our lives in so many ways. We have experience the pandemic and struggle to have our new normal life today. So would you go back again to experience it all? Of course, no one will say, "Yes". Thus let us be cautious again and be safe.
