Inksnation is not an INVESTMENT COMPANY. The money paid to join Inksnation is a NON-REFUNDABLE membership fee paid to appreciate the person who introduced you to Inksnation but which shall, however, be paid back to registered members in multiples.

Inksnation is not a NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY. It is not compulsory to introduce members before you can benefit as a citizen of Inksnation. However, for Exchangers to continue to exchange your PINKOIN to Naira for you at their locations, you have to partner with them to introduce more members to Inksnation an earn 20% of MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION FEES paid by the people you sourced for them.

Inksnation is not the usual NGO that relies on government, local or international communities financial support (in form of GRANTS) to be able to fulfill its VISION, MISSION, AIMS and OBJECTIVES.

*PINKOIN,* the native currency of Inksnation is a *'user-based' or 'utility-token'* type cryptocurrency built on Inksledger blockchain. It is not intended to be traded on Coin Market since it is not a market-based Crypocurrency. This type of Crypocurrency is not the type to be registered with SECURITIES & EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC) OF NIGERIA.

Pinkoin is created to replace fiat money (i.e. paper money) and be used as a mean of exchange of goods and services and for settlement of debts, not only in Nigeria, but all over the world.

*PROMISE MADE BY INKSNATION*

Concerning the promise made by Inksnation, Inksnation DAO Foundation has been paying her BRONZE members a minimum amount of N120,000 worth of Pinkoin as Universal Child Basic Income (UCBI) since inception in September, 2019. And till 11th of August, 2020 all the monthly UCBI paid are in excess of N2,700,000 are in our back offices as Reserve.

The usage of Pinkoin started, as promised, with effect from the 12th of August, 2020. With effect from that date, 10% of the UCBI has been dropping into Verified Exchangers *Pinkard balance* and into *Spendable Balance* for verified end-users, while the remaining balance of 90% automatically reflect in our Distributed Reserve Cashless Banking (DRCB) in a multiple of 3. This means that any PINKOIN send to your DRCB will multiply itself by x3.

The task before us is to set up Pinkoin Merchants all over the world that will be ready to accept Pinkoin from Inksnation members and part with goods and services to them.
