Story of a mother

I am writing this article about a divorced women whose husband left her because he thought his wife was not loyal. When he divorced his wife, she was pregnant. He blamed her that this is not his baby. But after the baby's birth, he appealed to the court to take his baby back. He divorces her on the blame that she affairs with another man without any confirmation. How can he asked for baby from her now?

what you people think about this? Should she give him back the baby or not?

According to my point of view, she should not give the baby as he blamed that is not his baby without any confirmation... what's your opinion...
