It's obvious that the majority of users and visitors on this platform are from developing countries like Nigeria, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, etc. Then the read.cash developers in an attempt to lure more users and visitors from the more developed countries gave birth to the "Activity bonus".
Remember the activity bonus that some of us enjoyed and many others are left out in envy, wishing they also had it. Some of us that were not eligible for the bonus envied those who had it, and they didn't make it any better, as they kept sharing the mouth-watering bonuses they received daily, who wouldn't. Unfortunately, the bonus didn't last and no one knew why it was stopped.
At that time no there was not much information on eligibility criteria, as the activity bonus was randomly activated for some users or so we thought. It was not random and noise.cash latest post has cleared the air on the eligibility as well as the reason why the activity bonus was discontinued.
The Cheat. According to noise.cash, the " Activity bonus" was an experiment to attract more users from the "developed countries" but it was short-lived. It was discontinued when they realized that some users from the "developing countries" were cheating the system by using a VPN that changes their IP and location to that of one of the developed countries, making them eligible for the bonus. Now we know why we were not eligible to get the activity bonus, our country, and also our inability to cheat. We have the opportunity to earn some cash in BCH on the platform, why go to such length as to cheat, and I so doing bite the fingers that feed you.
The Stupid. You have to be smart to be a thief or cheat. If you're going to cheat, be smart about it. I'm not encouraging it, but what is worth doing to you is worth doing well. People cheat because of varied reasons: in this case to maximize earning on the platform. As mentioned earlier, the activity bonus was stopped because it was discovered some individuals used VPN to change their location to that of a developed country and are recognized by the system as eligible users for the bonus. Thanks to one of the cheaters who were stupid enough to literally give their scheme away in a post. In the post, he explained how he used a VPN to change his location to Canada and claimed this earned him $20 daily from the activity bonus. He was not alone in the scheme. Read.cash saw the post and decided to stop the activity bonus. I wasn't affected, but I know a few users who benefited from it. And it was cut short because someone couldn't shut up and cheat smartly.
The Naive: After noise.cash published "The fun story about cheaters and stupidity" and how they ruined the activity bonus for themselves and others, a user thought it was wise to copy-paste the post and publish it on read.cash as his own story. I can't link the post because it has been unpublished. But the said user has been labeled; "a thief who steals articles and claim it as his own."
How can he be so naive and stupid to plagiarise noise.cash; the "Talking head of noise.cash and read.cash".
Like I said earlier if you are going to cheat, be smart about it or don't cheat at all.
My read.cash thought: The fund has been increased by 1000 BCH donated by @MarcDeMesel how about increasing the daily spending amount from $500 to $1000 or more. I could remember the other moments when the fund was increased, the spending amount was also increased. Well, this is just a thought. And I know some users here are silently wishing for this.
Oh I'm ashame for that as I'm from the Philippines too. And I don't like cheating the most. For what reason they are like that. I don't know Hopefully they will stop roaming around bringing shame for our country.
