Why You Should Love Your Body??
It’s hard at times, to love yourself - and your body.
If you’ve put on a few pounds during this crazy quarantine, you know what I’m talking about.
But loving your body goes much deeper than believing it looks good.
It’s knowing your body is good enough, regardless of how it looks.
It’s carried you when you first learned to walk.
It’s gotten you through illness, heartbreak, hugging loved ones and so much more.
You must understand your body is an instrument to be used, not an ornament to be admired.
It’s okay to want to be healthy, but forgive yourself and remind yourself of all your body has done for you.
