NATURE🍀~ TREATMENT OF STRESS AND DEPRESSION!

We are made to look around and observe nature. I am not naturalist, but there is such an attraction in nature that we would be drawn to it automatically and the way back would be impossible. 







There would be a cure for every disease but some treatments would be natural as nowadays it is exam season everyone is in stress so we have to give maximum time to nature.Nature is not just for show it is alive, think about these things that how these are created.



Why is there no peace in our lives today because we value artificial things? 








When you spend time with nature, you will be calm.Everything would be so beautiful that it would be fun to be happy in it. All this beauty would scatter for us but we don't appreciate it. I would suggest give time to nature instead of going into depression. It will refresh the mind and give a new hope.
