Pray :

Prior of all if we want to relax then we have to have pray from deep of our heart.

Deed :

We must analyse our deed and do our best to do right things. If we had done something wrong with anyone then as soon as possible we have to correct our that thing. This will give us so much relaxation, because when did something wrong with others we remain feel guilty for that and which we feel day and night.

Think Positive :

Positive thoughts always put us in the way of relaxation. As

I had the blues because I had no shoes until upon the street I met a man who had no feet.

Don't complain :

Always say Thanks God, I have these blessing of your's as my health and other things and never complain about anything but ask ways to get that and try to get.

As long as you can walk and feed yourself and free from intense pain then you ought to be the happiest person of the world.
