We must know how to relax, as it is one of the most important thing in our life. Stresses are scattered all around us and if we don't focus on it that how can we relax then stresses could lead to some illness.
Prayer :
We must pray deep from our heart. In prayer we say all our problems to our creater and we feel immediate relax, God help us from the ways even we can't think about that.
Play Our Role :
As all of us has some role to play as being the head of the family my role is to take good care of my family and if I will fail in it then whether anyone say or not but I'll feel depress and stressed.
Give Good Care To Health :
We need to give good care to our health, we must exercise on daily basis, eat healthy food and avoid the food which could be harmful for us. When we'll be healthy and fit then we'll better able to perform different work and so we feel too much relax.
