Joe Biden who happens to be the second contestants with Donald Trump who happens to be the president of America before.
But with just concluded election prove that Joe Biden happens to be the winner of the election though the election was so tough because the two of them don't want to give up to each other but the fact is surely it's one person that will win and other will loose.
Since Joe Biden happens to be the winner I am using this medium to congratulate him and the new elected president and also congratulate all Americans and I pray he do better than the former president self.
Less I forgot, Joe Biden emerges the 46th president in America.
