Sharing a Video that Sheds Some Light on Some Great Benefits of the Sun and It's Positive Effect
The video that I am sharing, helped me to really not take the sun for granted; after all, the benefits that are reviewed in the video are not just about Vitamin D.
It's common-knowledge (of course), that the sun can affect one's mood and overall spirit. The effects of a bright and sunny day does tend to have a positive effect on us, in general; but, did you know how that sunlight may also have quite a remarkable positive effect on our immune system (according to Dr. Eric Berg, in the video below)?
Granted ~ Some people may find a good rainstorm to be soothing and refreshing. And all is good with that, wouldn't you say? However, I don't know of many people who would wake up in the morning and say: 'Such a beautiful-gloomy day!' ~ unless, it was Morticia Addams who delighted in the darkness, would you not agree?
