I'm a doctor , nutritionist and photographer. For a healthy body and healthy life the you eat on a daily basis should contain a proper vitamins and nutrients.
What should be eaten?
The food which contains a healthy fats or less fats , more carbohydrates and protein and fruit which contain multi vitamins. Excessive amount of every food will leads you towards bad health or illness.
Exercise is a good step towards burning 🔥 fats🔥 🔥. For burning fats of your body,your body need carbohydrates from your body or m the pre workout meal you eat.
