To the whole community, I welcome myself. I am a new user who finds happiness just by having my first glance at this platform. This seems a friendly site - something I'd like to stay at.
Here I am sharing with you my first ever article, entitled:
Eudaimonia: Found at First Glance
Eudaimonia means happiness, and yes, I am happy to be here!
As Steve Jobs said, "Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life."
Happiness is one of the most desirable goals in life, but it seems complicated to make up your mind for many people. There are many ways to live a happy life.
Do what you love.
If you like to play football, write poems, or teach children to swim, please take the time to do it. When you do what you want to do, you will find yourself full of joy.
Does this sound better than forcing yourself to do things you don't like?
Sometimes, when we achieve our personal goals, we still feel empty because we have not made a significant contribution to someone's life. Or help others. I am happy to help others. The results we have are satisfying and are a huge potential source of our own happiness.
When you think of everything you need to be thankful for, you will find how happy you are. Without realizing this, we take our basic needs for granted: the roof above us and much food. If you cherish what you already have, then you will feel happier in life.
More practice smiling and see how it affects you and the people around you. You can always make yourself smile. You will be happier and feel better even if you have to force yourself. Find ways to deal with stress. Don't let stress take away your legacy of needing happiness. You should be happy. It would be wrong to stop.
Exercises such as meditation can help you cope better with stress and feel good. Spend time with loved ones. There is nothing like spending time with your loved ones. We are people in society, even if we are alone or alone. People like to chat, chat and laugh with their friends and family. Life is too short to live alone.
Time spent in nature can be refreshing, especially when you live in an artificial world. Walking in the forest or park in your area and breathing fresh air will allow you to enjoy the beauty of nature.
Be yourself, accept your identity, be yourself, you will feel different.
Wait for a second, and then think about this question:
"Can money buy happiness?"
Happiness is a difficult word to define. Everyone has a different view of the happiness of past behavior.
People will say that money can buy happiness, because, with this money, you can afford the shoes you want or the trip you want. Some people say that money gives you strength, power, influence, and other skills, while others disagree.
In my opinion, I believe that money cannot buy external happiness in our lives. Money is the essential requirement for purchasing basic needs in our lives.
A lot of money can buy luxury goods and expensive goods such as brands, but the satisfaction will be small. Also, money cannot buy feelings of love or joy.
If you have established an honest relationship with your friends, they will be by your side no matter what.
I like to believe that happiness does not depend on quantity. Money cannot buy happiness, although it is considered one of the most potent things globally because everyone is thriving for cash, yet money cannot even keep us close to friends or family for life.
I firmly believe that money cannot bring eternal happiness to our lives, because buying goods will lead to limited satisfaction. You cannot buy emotions or previous loves, nor can you buy all the things in the world to make your life easier.
Money can make life easier.
For example, you can use it to buy money. An unusual car can get you to various places faster, but an ordinary car can do it. The only goal is that it may not be that good or fast, but rest assured, it can still reach the final destination and take you there. The happiness you may have with money is far from genuine pleasure because the most precious gift in life cannot be bought with cash. It must be made like friendship and love.
