Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 70th birthday was on Thursday. On this day, different countries of the world greeted Modi but neighboring China and Pakistan did not.

According to a report in Anandabazar newspaper, congratulations on Modi's birthday have also come from abroad. The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson has called him a "friend".

German Chancellor Angela Merkel congratulated "Dear Narendra" in both German and English.

Russian President Vladimir Putin also congratulated.

The Prime Minister of Nepal KP Sharma Oli has greeted the Prime Minister of India despite the recent controversy.

However, no greetings came from the Prime Minister's birthday from Beijing. Islamabad was also silent.
