My careless things I've done to my kids
Many of us as parents has a fears. A kind of fears that we don't want to happen in our kids or sons. My experience of being careless is make me trauma. Especially to my eldest daughter that now she's 4 years old.

****The first traumatic incident****
Way back 2018, one day my eldest daughter as at that time she's my only child. It was october or September, then suddenly one day my daughter had a high fever. Though i take her a paracetamol to reduce her fever. It was night when it started then by tomorrow morning 5 am i woke up and breastfeed her because i will a laundry after i breastfeed her and wipe her forehead and other part of her body to reduce heat. So after 30 mins i check her up to breastfeed again, and i was wondered she's so quite. When i dump my hand of her forehead she was so hot, so i only wipe her with the warm water. And while i was feeding her on my breast, she's shaking(seizure) and her eyes goes up to her eyelid and she's also starting to pale and her lips got darken. When i stared at it, my body and mouth also shock and i don't know what to do since im first time mom. So i just cried looking for help but my mouth cannot open for calling some help. But God was good because our neighbor saw me crying and carrying my daughter, and she saw, my daughter pale already. So she ask me what happen and i explain, so then she command her daughter to get some ice and handtowel. Then she slowly rub it to my daughters chest and back to get back my daughter on its color. And in 3mins my daughter start pink her lips. And we thank God. And im hugging my daughter so much. Because i was trauma and panic. Because of my panic i didn't think what to do. This mistake of i am is one of my biggest fear and bad nightmare. Since that happen, everytime my kids got fever i instantly rub always their body on warm towel, and also i didn't sleep until it cannot low by 37.6,.thats why when my daughter got sick i never sleep. I swear i never sleep. Because in my mind any minute there could be something bad happen to them if i fall asleep. (if your asking, if i don't have any person to switch to watch our daughter. Will i couldn't find one especially my partner because i don't trust his ability to watch out her daughter and taken a medicine. He don't how so its useless, so im the one who taking care of my kids every time they sick.)
****The second one!****
My youngest daughter, while we are eating breakfast, i gave my child a fork with hotdog. Since my daughter is so active and likes to walk anywhere every meal time. So then when i finish eating and put my plate on the kitchen. I accidentally sideswipe her arms and she fell on the floor. I thought that the fork was not in her mouth, but when i get her. I saw her mouth got blood and her tongue had a wound. Not that too much deep maybe half cm the wound of her tongue. Since the fork impale into her tongue. Im also nervous that day. It was few months ago incident. So that day i never gave my duaghters a fork. Lucky it is not serious. I tried to check up it on the clinic but it was saturday so they are close. Because if i rush to the hospital my partner would be wondered. (anyway i didn't tell him of what happen because im pretty sure his going to punch me or kill me of what happen. So i make it secret to myself and also i bring my eldest daughter to not my partner wondered where i came from since we only wear "pambahay", since it is pandemic so i cannot bring my daughters to the hospital. So i seek consultation through online. And i pay 250 pesos. And the doctor prescribed me 5 medicines, the antibiotic, for the wound, and etc i forgot the other medicine hehhehe. I know im careless but it was accident, i didn't mean it to happen.
So far of being careless i am. My both daughters doesn't choke any small objects or eat some dangerous things like coins, pins and etc. I saw some mothers that there child choke a coin, an alpiril, pin and needle. This thing is my most fear that would not be happen to my 2 daughters. Because this kind of thing your sons could be in danger or 50/50% chance of survival.
So this article of mine. I hope you can prevent it, either yiu are a first time mom or not. All those kind that makes your daughter in danger. Please keep it away and don't let them hold it especially those sharp materials and small objects. If you don't want to be blamed. Lets be cautious and aware. Being a parent is not easy but we can learn a lesson from our mistakes. I know im not the one whose having this kind of accident or carelessness. But im pretty sure we can be more extra careful.

Its my partner, i really hate to talk about this person. Because i dont want to remember those things he did of me. But i just wanna share it because i want also to hear your side about this.
I should sleep at this hour(8:42pm),but i remember another problem. So i cannot sleep, so then my idea to have an article tonight. Since its not that late. Okay so let's start.
Yesterday, this partner of mine got crazy again(not really crazy but a mood swing that you cannot understand), so here he goes again. I called it (bakukang nasab ang utok), yesterday he told me to cook a "tinolang isda" in english "fish soup". So after i put the ingredients of the soup and wait it until boiled. There is a moringa that i should be pickled into pieces. But when i saw it, it's alreasy gross. So i told him i cannot pick all these stem of moringa , because the soup will be in bitter taste if i put it all in the soup. So he insisted to put all of it because if i will not do it, that boiled soup, he will pour it out on me. So i replied and i said "pour it on me i dont care, i will not follow what you command because i know what will be the result of that moringa if i put it all. So then due to his angriness to me. He walk out and go out without a dinner yet. So me of course, i just chill. (disclaimer:im not spoiled brat as you expected). In my mind that time i know that the result of those mmoringa wil be bitter.,He is the one who got those moringa in our neighbour,and i really don't like those kind of moringa. It is not good to mix it in the soup due to it gross. I only choose or pick those new leaves. So after that night by tomorrow (this morning) he became crazy again, after he ate his breakfast he goes on duty as "maxim rider", so in time of 10am the courier called him, since his number the one i use because i use dummy shopee account just to purchase the piso deals(i will article about this separate maybe tomorrow). So he message me on messenger and this is what he say.
I react laugh because he got crazy again, his mind become abnormal again. That is his reaction when he thinks he disturb by an unimportant things. His patience is very very low like 10% maybe. So he got mad again. And i reply him like this.
See?! And he replied that what did i did is to frame up him. And i just think whatttttt,,,,, frame up?!. What the.... How could be a courier called his number just to delivered the order. How does a frame up come?. My Ghheeeeddd what a toxic mind he had. His IQ is too much "bakukang" and small. Though I've got the order of course, even i didn't have a contact info on that rider. (earlier of that before my partner go in duty, i text the rider to call this number but the crazy thing is, the rider didn't read those text, thats why he called my partners number which is the one i put on the delivery contact on shopee app).
Okay, maybe you are looking to the evil one topic hahahhaha LOL, don't you read it. He is the evil one. So this is the explanation of how i handle this kind of toxic mind of my live in partner. I cannit call him as husband, because i never name or call him as my husband, though we have 2 kids but he didn't deserve to call a husband, since he is irresponsible and not a good partner to me.
In that kind of behavior or attitude, i simple quite after i reply once or twice. So that i can prevent to trigger more his immortal devil way to kill me in instant, because you know his patience is verylow. So he can kill me anytime if the devil whisper to him. So after that i prayed to God, that i give it to God of what his purpose this person if he will do something good or he will give this person a lesson. I forgot the other word sorry. Its in my mind but it cannit cooperate hahahaha. Anyway the key is to pray to God and say sorry to God of what we did in our fellow man. Though sometimes i cannot control myself and spoke something bad. But it is also my voice out to lessen my heartache of what he did to me. I know its not good. But i always say sorry to God. I let our God do the good things to him or bad to him. I cannot control of what going to be in the future. So i let God to do it.
Sorry for the wrong grammar because i only use google translator but there is translator is not accurate. This translator making me struggle hahahhaa. I cannit find one because it has a purchase. Dun makikita mo lahat ng klaseng kakadiri at masasabi mong demonyong bagay na yun. Hindi ko masasabi na yun ay for fun lang. Dahil kung nakikita molang ang trial video na yun ay hindi na nakakatuwa. Kundi nakakadiri na ito at malademonyong gawain. Ang movieng iyun ay tungkol lamang sa mga malalaswa. Hindi sya horror na yung kakatakutan talaga na may mga bad spirits o ano pa. Kundi isang gawaing sugo ng demonyo. Impossible kasi na hindi totoo yun. Kasi mga totoong tao yun. Di ako sure kung enidit ba nila yung mga video clip na pati ulo ng tao pinasok nila sa kepyas. Di ko alam kung totoo ba talaga yun or edit lamang. Kasi sa totoo lang kung totoo man ang mga iyon. Malamang yung cast na nasa movie na yan ay patay na o naghihikahos na sa kanyang natamo. Kasi pati organs ng babae lumalabas na dahil sa di kaaya ayang ginawa ng mga kalalakihan sa videong iyon. Pati mga sperm ng babae at lalaki ininom.. Talagang malaswa at kakadiri.
Sinulat ko ang artikulong ito dahil may mga taong di pa napapanood iyon o ayaw panoorin. Kaya ngayon binahagi ko sa inyo kung ano yun. Marami pa atang di maganda sa videong yun. 2021 year of break-ups
I don't know if im just the one who observed to every couple nowadays that you've be surprise that their not in a relationship anymore.
I wrote this article because one of classmates in highschool, actually since highschool they already a lover, and i was shock this year that they are now separated, i thought this past few months. They will be getting married but in my surprise they broke up 3months ago. And i just only knew this day because this girl posting a picture with her sibling got married. So when i check her profile her status is single and the boy my classmate too, his photo with her is no longer seen. Even the boy too his profile is only their only one son. I feel sad about it. Since 2012 up to this year 2021 they were a good couple and so sweet. But those photos of them are now missing in pieces. I was very sad for them. They're my idol of being a sweet and good couple. Yet they broke up. I don't know the real situation of their break up. All i know is there both single now. Ughhh my tears, earlier after i found out that there are no longer a couple, i cried for them. Huhu i can't help myself sad for them.
Actually not just them but also many people in showbiz, my friends, batchmates and etc. Mostly now are broke up with their lover. I must say that 2021 is not a good year at all. Many children now are broken family. Maybe one of those reason is "TEMPTATION", as you can see one of that couple already had a new lover while the other one is still single. This world is now being so cruel and frustrating. We also known that we'd lose a love one especially a parent, lover or sons.
2021 is also a year of deads, why? Because as you can see the countings of death due to covid is increasing monthly. Even my mom, she doesn't have a covid but she had a liver tumor (cancerous) and she's not able to survive anymore because its too late to cure her illness. My mom is so brave. Because in her last life she's still fighting just to survive. She even won't to be a bed ridden coz she don't like to die due to its weakness. Huhu i don't want to remember my moms sacrifice is, it makes me emotional. All i know is my mother is a hero and a brave woman.
`Wherever you are mother dear im still proud and thankful of your hardworks and sacrifices. I love you ma and you'll forever in our heart. I miss you and see you soon in heaven, till we meet again and hug you again.`
I have a lot of friends that mostly our parents is already took by God. i must say that God take those people or parents that already accomplished there mission in this world and there time is over. Mostly who died now is born in 1940's to 60's.yeah that's what i observed. So practically speaking we generation of 80's and 90s are the next to be the old one. After our parents taken by God. So we now is the one to teach and control this new generations of teenager that mostly are spoiled and hardheaded.
That's why no wonder 2021 is a broken heart year. Because we're broken due to we lose our love ones or our partner broke up our feelings and relationships. Will im single because i never married so my status still is single though i have live in partner but i cannot consider it as my husband. So i don't have a husband nor a boyfriend, hahhaha his also a single and im too. So were quites. I cannot say im in a relationship because in real life i dont feel im in a relationship. So keber hahahahha.

If you think you are in a perfect then don't be tempted in worlds temptation. You can test this year and next year if you will not gonna cheat and tempted by other woman/men. Once you listen there songs and hear and emphasize it, you will know what there music is all about. Also the background music they use of their song is not good in our ear. I know that not only unbiblical music is belongs to demon. Just like love songs, pop, R&B. Those music is not demonic neither a biblical. It is just a feeling of a composer and a singer that there lyrics and sound is good and many people can relate.
Even in 80's and 90's music. Not all the old songs is godly and talents. There are some music artist that showing their music of being anti-christ. I cannot mention those music or songs. But im surely you can search in youtube. Though many 90's music is still now love to listen by their fans or followers like here in Philippines a song of april boy regino, J brothers, rico J puno, Imelda papin, kenny rogers, carpenters and many more. So their songs is talking about love, heartaches and feelings. So that was still good and the rhythm of their music is lovely to listen with.
We must be cautious about the song we sang, before you sing that song just listen and emphasize the lyrics of that music. But i would recommend that much better you listen Gods songs because im sure, you will feel peace, love and joy when you listen and sing God's songs or worship songs. Because the lyrics of that songs will make you feel peace the way you sing it. You cannot feel pain and heartache in Gods songs. You can compare worship songs and love songs of which is which the best for your ear to love to listen.
Don't idolise the music of demon. Even some dance music that talking nasty/naughty things, s*x, money and girls. You should not dance with it. Why? Don't you observe once you hear the lyrics you will feel lust, so that's the time you will find a way to attach those temptations in your surroundings because of that. Especially when you are in a bar, disco or any kind of temptations that can demon get you and away you from God.
I experience those things, but i didn't became addicted in bars or in lust. Maybe i only tempted from someone that i avoid but yet he followed me and tempting me. That's the last thing i tempted from satan things. It was actually long ago year 2016.so from that time i never tempted from satan because i hold more to God. Even now when i saw handsome men, i ignore them, even my ex i want to comeback to him but God tell me don't. So once you are in God and you always hold unto God, you can never be tempted by satan. Sometimes there is like making you angry and mad. But when it comes in lust i never tempted about it. I even more hate it and ignore it.
My advise you before you idolise of an artist, check his/her background and compare him/her on their past and on their current status. Because once you know that he is involved in drugs, raped, etc before, and they are become worst now, it means satan use them. So be careful guys and trust God so much. Avoid to be tempted by satan. Because satan will find a way for you to forgot God. Once He did that to you. You will forgot God and blame God once your life become worst, unlucky and in danger. Type A-blood type A has an antigen on their blood and also plasma/anti bodies
-***the compatible for your blood type is opposite, therefore if you need a donor you need a blood type B. Why blood type B;because if you're donor is type A, your cells will attack by new blood cells that entered into your cells which is type A, so the result your life is in danger or can trigger adverse reaction can cause your life-threatening. It is important that you will know what kind of blood type can transfer to your blood to continued your body to fight the bad bacterias in our body.***
Type B-since type B has B antigen, so you need blood type A, blood type A has an antigen and anti B antibodies, thats why type A is compatible for you. Because if you received a wrong blood type like type B, type AB or type O. Your blood cells will attack by new blood cells which will make your life in danger. Because your body will reject those wrong types blood cells because it is not compatible. You need more anti bodies. So since type A has an anti - B antibodies which will help you to boost your anti bodies strengthen your immune system to make you feel better and healed.
Type AB-(I have this blood type so lets figure out) type AB is such amazing blood, why? Because whether blood type A or blood type B can transfer into our blood cells. Because type AB has only antigen but no anti bodies, therefore we need more antibodies. So since type A and type B had an antibodies property. So it is best for us to have a transfusion of blood type A or blood type B. It is a rare blood type that's why it is amazing.
Type O-this blood type is very common to many people. The people will have this blood type is they don't have antigen in their blood cells. So therefore they are compatible to blood type A, B and O. Again there is no antigen to this blood type O, so they are compatible to A, B and O except AB. Type has only anti bodies A or B. But no antigen on their blood cells.
Now lets talk about their negative and positive sides, we must know that every blood cells has RhD antigen, **so** ****if there is RhD in there blood cells it means positive**** **blood type and** ****if there is no RhD antigen it means there blood type is negative******.** There is A(+, -) ;B(+, -);AB(+, -) ; and O(+, -)
A person with O-negative blood can donate to almost anyone.
A person with Rh-negative blood can donate to a person with Rh-negative or Rh-positive blood.
A person with Rh-positive blood can only donate to someone with Rh-positive blood.
The rules for plasma are the opposite of those for Rh. A universal plasma donor will have type AB blood.

Is it still safe to live in mountain
Just this past few weeks,many here in our town that they heard unusual noise that something weird on the air. But when those news a'd rumors about terrorist and continues to harmed innocent people, i would say mountains are no longer safe. One those reasons is, it is the hive of rebelled groups /terrorist and that is also spot they will battling with the militaries. So of course our government and armies mission is to make our people safes.
I live in cities for all my entire life, 26 years existence rather. So i can compare which one is the safest when it comes to that matter. One of that example is the tragedy of "BOOMING MARAWI CITY BY ISSIS", ENCOUNTERED AND KILLING THE HIGHEST LEADER OF NPA, MASSACRE AND MORE. in the city we can only heard some accidents like cars crashing, some injuries by their works, some killing or carnap, kidnap, etc. Though mountains is the peaceful place before, but now isn't anymore. It is based on my experience huh here in mindanao(philippines), i didn't heard any kind of war in my city/hometown, even when PRES. DUTERTE declared marshall law, we people here in mindanao is safe and we didn't encounter war between the terrorist and the military. I only heard it only on the mountain places. Will if you didn't believe me then its up to you. It is just my opinion and observation of what happen to this times.
People in fields are accustomed to live in peace, so they are not accustom of having some war or troubles. So city and field is different kind of living and incidents.
I will just add also of what good be the good things of living in farm and in city.
My mom is grow up in the farm of half of her age this year. So she can really compare the difference of living in province and in city. Okay so lets talk about province or field first:
My mom said being in field is much peaceful, less trouble, less accident and rich in food especially when you are hardworking in planting some veggies and fruits. You cannot be feel starve/hungry. But living in farm you can only get some clean water in market and they only use water in the river to make their laundry, wash their plate, for their bath and etc. The water in the river before is clean and clear than now. And even if you don't have a decent job you can still leave by farming and selling some vegetables, crops and many more in the wet market.
Now lets see in the city:
-my mom told me that living in urban/city is more difficult than in the farm/mountain, though the electricity and water in city area is more convenient, also in searching a job is also easy, only the lazy can difficult to apply some jobs. But when it comes to food, if you cannot work then you don't have a food to buy and to eat. And also city is noisy and lots of troubles, gang and many more. So we are prone in many kind of accidents especially on the road.
I know that our world now is dangerous than before. So for this time mountain is not safe at all. If you wish to live in the field then secured you're house and put some high voltage fence to depend from those rebellion groups from attacking your house and family.
Unvaccinated is the carrier of virus?
Yes, many vaccinated people telling that to those unvaccinated of covid-19 vaccines. Actually this is base on my experience and my thought for this kind of mindset of people. Because it really doesn't matter if you are vaccinated or not. Because even if you are vaccinated still you are not safe from the virus.
Me personally im unvaccinated, i will answer that later on why, that until this time im not vaccinated yet.
Okay, so i just wanna clear to everyone that a kind of people like me that doesn't vaccinated yet, is the carrier of a virus?. What a stupid mind and thoughts that you have, for telling that to those people, you don't have the right to judge us. You cannot blame us because it's our freedom of choice.
Always remember guys that even you as fully vaccinated, you aren't still safe on the upcoming viruses. As you can heard or read ;the vaccine has an expiration in our body of about 6months to 1 year. so after 6 months another dosage of vaccines will inject to your body. So now my question is, "****Do you think after you take those 2nd chapter of your vaccination, you are safe and cannot carry anymore the virus****?".
**Ofcourse not**!. ***Why***? ***Dont you realize that the vaccine we had or had been issued is 100% safe and effective? It means that the Covid-19 vaccines is still rolling, testing and had trials before they make it perfect and guaranteed to everyone that it is fully 100% safe and effective.***
The real meaning of covid vaccines is to lessen the effect of a virus in our body from severe to mild. It doesn't tell us that the vaccine is safe from a virus. It is just a 1st layer of shield in our body to trap the virus to enter into our cells. So still you can infected by a virus even if you are fully vaccinated or not.
So now here's my opinion on my first paragraph of why i haven't vaccinated yet.
**Answer**:`Aside of im scared of its side effects, i have a comarbilities like migraine and aneurysm. So if i force myself to take the vaccine and if the side effects is making my brain and head had worst pain. So 20% i can survive the 80% i will gonna be coma or die. Actually someone here in the house of where i live is telling me of why not to try to take the vaccine to see if it is good for my body or not. In that kind of sayin, it makes me mad, why? Why you are forcing someone to get the vaccine if that person thinking the possibility or advantage if he/she do what you said and then there is something bad happen to him/her, do you think you can back his/her life? Of course you can't!.`
This is one of my hate to force me to be vaccinated. Let anyone choose their choice. You are not the one to tell that. Let her/him to do it on her/his own well. Because not all the people like yours that did not had a side effects, we have different kinds of gene, bloods, cells, immunity and veins. Just like my partner from 1st to 2nd dose he doesn't any side effects, so it's good for him that his body accept pfizer vaccine without bad side effects on his body. So sana ol diba. But some vaccinated people had a severe side effects and they all died. So you cannot blame me, if im a carrier of a virus then you are too. The difference between us your body had a shield on the virus but me the virus can give me worst symptoms than yours. So its my choice and no one could be blame but myself, right?
So i hope you understand and have another knowledge from this article of my mine.
Don't ever judge people just because they are not vaccinated. Its their choice okay, its our problem if we cannot enter to the mall, establishments or etc just because we are not vaccinated. So mind on your own. I have my own opinion and so do you, but do not judge us. You don't have the right to do that.
My 1st try to cook biko
If you are not a filipino you will not know what "BIKO" is,. BIKO is a glutinos rice that we prepare every all saints day or all souls day. This is a dessert so kinda sweet.
The ingredients of it is below:
1/2 kg of glutinous rice
1 coconut milk(i dont know how many grams 1 coconut is)
Mascovado or caramelize sugar
Evap milk(this is only if you haven't coconut milk)
Procedure:
1.)Cook the glutinous rice like a normal rice that we use to cook but adjust the water because glutinous rice is thick and expand
2.)While we are waiting the glutinous ricz to cook so lets prepare the sauce
3.)Put the coconut milk/evap in a deep pan or pot then set the fire into medium and stir it little by little until boiled
4.)once it boiled put the mascovado/sugar little by little adjust it depend on your taste, if you want a so much sweet so you can add more until you satisfied the taste, but stir it occasionally to mix the coconut and sugar smoothly.
5.) wait for it to be smooth and a little bit thick or creamy before you put the glutinous rice
6.)once the glutinous rice is cook
7.)paddle it and put it into the boiling sauce then mix it properly until all glutinous rice is covered with sauce
8.)anyway you can add some toppings, or anything that you want like ground peanut and let it dry like this image below
So since the coconut milk i use is more than 2 coconut, so the result of my BIKO is like this,
You see hahahahaha, its like a poop you know. Its my first time so i didn't make it perfect. So epic failed. Maybe next time i will use only 1 coconut for 1/2 kg of glutinous rice(for short a ration of 1:1 or 1:1/2)
Anyway it is still yum and perfect to eat or snack with hot tea or hot coffee/milk. Though the good thing of my "BIKO" is it didn't spoiled/deteriorate, i wonder why because my expectation that this morning this BIKO will be spoiled but when i smell and taste it;,It is still good and still yum to eat. So i only failed of it looks and its ingredients measurement but still worth it to eat because it is not too sweet.
Im sorry if it is nonsense, i just want to share of what an epic fail i did of making biko, since im bored so i just right this article just to show you too that im not perfect, though i know how to cook but this kind of food that i made as first timer. It is not good for me but the taste and procedure is correct only the texture is mistaken.

Just recently i remembered that last time my partner told me something i don't want to apply of my childs behavior or for being artistic in food.

One day i buy in the store (parents of my partners store) acm canned goods like century tuna afritada, because that time i don't have any idea what do i want to be our dish/viand. So i decided to buy canned good since im dizzy and lazy to cook. So my partner got home from his work and that time im Also so hungry, so of course he saw me eating and my dish is canned afritada. So he didn't expect that it is also a dish or food to our childs. Because they are also hungry so no choice, i thought he will not react but i failed of my guts.
Then he said to me don't ever, ever give that kind of food to my daughters(2 and 4 years old), because he really hate canned goods except the corned beef and luncheon meat or letchon paksiw in a can. But when it comes in any kind of sardines he don't like it, he is very artistic to that. But i told him that "***You shouldn't trained your child to be like yours that so much picky in food even in vegetables, so i don't my childs also to be like your taste when it comes in food. We are not rich so don't teach our child to not eat canned goods. Because we are in a time of crisis so teach our child to not be picky in food, not all the time we can afford to buy chicken meats, pork meat and any delicious foods, so sometimes we need to train them to eat some cheap foods".***

I don't know if he realize of what i spoke that time, all i know is im the one who took good care of my daughters and im not crazy to treat my daughter like an animal to give them food like for a dog. What i want is, i want my children to be a better when it comes in food matters. Me personally i grow in destitute that's why i eat everything on what's on the plate because that what our mother given us and teach us. It doesn't mean i want my daughter to be just like mine inch by inch. I forgot the other words of my living, so all i wanna is my daughters grow up for not being artistic in food it doesn't matter if it is expensive or cheap, delicious or not, as long as it is safe and can't starve.
My partner is so picky in food that's why sometimes im mad of him, example i prepare some sort of vegetables like sari2x vegetables, or some broccolis with carrots or has a potato/carrots and chicken, he only ate potato and the carrots will throw. So for me i felt waste, especially we are in pandemic and crisis situation, so being picky this time is not good at all. Because many people starve and calling for help of their hunger. So we as having a food in our table of course we will not waste it, we need to appreciate every blessings that we had and every cents that we had.
So i didn't command you to do of what i did in our child. Its your choice and decision on how you feed your child or what kind of food would you give them. All i want is we will not trained our child to be an artistic in food especially this time of crisis.

Dahil sa palapit na ang undas o all saints day at araw ng mga patay. Kaya mahalagang malaman natin kung bakit ang undas ang pinagdiriwang at kung saan ito nagmula at kung paano ito nagawa.
Isa ako sa taong inaalala ang undas lalo nat kakamatay lang ng aking mahal na ina, di ko alam kung saan talaga kung nasa langit ba o wala. Kasi hindi naman sya nagparamdam samin na hindi sya masaya sa kinaroroonan niya ngayon, pero ang alam ko panatag sya at yung ang pakiramdam kong masaya na sya kung nasa langit man sya.
Ang undas ay nagmula sa kastila dahil nung sinakop ang bansang pilipinas at relihiyoso ang mga pilipino kaya pinaniniwalaan ng mga kastila na tuwing ika oct. 30 ay bisperas ng mga santos kaya pagsapit ng nobyembre 1, ay ginugunita ang pagpapahalaga sa mga santos. At ito ay dahil kay pope francis III na syang nagpasimuno na alalahanin ang mga namayapang santos. At naniniwala din kasi ang romano katoliko na pag nobyembre 2 ay ang mga patay na kaluluwa mula sa langit o ang mga hindi naka akyat ay babalik dito sa lupa. Kaya namay dinadasalan rin ang mga namatay na para silay matiwasay na maglakad muli sa kanilang paroroonan.
Basahin natin ang versikulong ito:

Ang undas ay hindi kinatatakutan, karamihan satin pag undas na ay gumagawa ng halloween party o kahit anong pakulo na nakakatakot. Naging katakot takot lamang ang undas dahil rin sa kagagawan ng tao kaya't ang diyablo ay sumasanib sa taong hindi takos sa Diyos. Kaya kadalasan sa mga nasasaniban ng Demonyo ay ang mga taong kulang sa pananalig sa Diyos at hindi kumikilala sa Diyos.
Ang undas o all souls day ay para sa mga kaluluwang namayapa na para sila namay ating alalahanin kahit silay patay na, eh maalala pa natin sila at yun ang. Mahalaga pag tayoy mamatay yung may mag alala satin kung tayo bay isang masamang tao o mabuting tao.
Hindi po tayo nagdadasal ng mga kaluluwang patay na Dahil ang mga patay ay agad2x may papupuntahan na kung saan sila nararapat. Dapat dasalan yung buhay pa sila hindi yung saka palang dasalan kung patay na. Dahil sabi nga sa bibliya ang patay ay hindi na dadasalan dahil ang Diyos na ang may hawak ng kanilang kaluluwa kung saan sila nararapat. Ang pagtuunan nyo ng pansin na sanay sa buhay pa sila idalangin natin sila na sa kanilang pagpanaw at mapupunta sila sa langit, para marinig ng Diyos kung paano sila sa mundong ito kung mabait o masama.
Balikan natin ang naging buhay ng mga kaibigan at kamag-anak nating namayapa at baunin natin ang kanilang mabubuting halimbawa. Subalit, sa pag-alala natin sa kanila, alalahanin din natin ang mga mahal natin sa buhay na kasama pa natin. Sulitin natin ang panahong kasama pa natin sila. Bumuo tayo ng magagandang alaala kasama nila.
At ito naman ang sabi sa John 11:25-26
*am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die.”*
Yan ang maganda pag tayoy nagmahal sa Diyos at sinasamba natin sya dahil magkakaroon tayo ng eternal life pagkatapos ng judgement Days. Kaya manalig, mahalin ng lubusan ang Diyos at wag mahalin ang mundong makasalanan. Wag masilaw sa yaman ng mundong to dahil pag tayoy nasa langit mas higit pa sa kayamanan sa mundong to ang makikita natin sa kaharian ng AMA.
Yun lamang po mga kapatid at mag ingat tayo sa panahon ngayon at ipagdiriwang natin ang undas ng payapa at banal.

This article is really serious and important, so i know many people or readers can gonna be relate of what i feel on this article of mine.
I wrote this article because i miss a lot of opportunities and also an experience how hard of haven't ID when it comes claiming some money in remittance.

So we need to get some ID's for us also to identify of who we are and also for us to correct some files or applications that we submit. Actually Identification card is using to know us especially when we accident or died of nowhere. So ID is the one to verify and identify who that person accident or died. So with that there is conclude with our family contact details to contact of what happen to us. So its very convenient and easy.
The advantage of having a PRIMARY ID's
So one of the reason why Identification card is useful, because in my experience;i miss a lot of opportunities that i should be earn some money, but due to i have lack of PRIMARY ID's all the opportunities to earn is nothing for me.
One of those sites or apps that need our PRIMARY ID is some crypto wallets(like binance, coinbase, trustwallet and many more), paymaya, gemini walletand etc. But the main is those crypto wallets because i like exploring or searching some legit apps and sites that pays and earn some extra money. And not just that i have also hardtime of claiming of overseas money transfer, just this past few month i cannot claim the money because my ID is only one and it is secondary ID. So claiming a overseas money is they need PRIMARY ID'S. so the ending is they claim back the money they sent to me.

Maybe one of you curious of what ID that i have hahahaha, actually i don't had PHILHEALTH ID which is secondary id so it is not valid in crypto wallets or remittances(except Rd pawnshop, palawan, lbc but just like western union philhealth is not valid for them). If your asking why i did not get some voter's id, postal id, police clearance, etc. As so you know i love to but in my case i can't easily to walk and process that things because i have kids to took care of and no one can look up to them while im out. So its very hard i swear especially my youngest daughter is so clingy love to always see me or following me(anyway my daughter is 1 year old). I registered in comelec but they stop releasing voter's ID in the year 2016 till now and i registered 2016.so i only have precinct number No voter's certification;also i recently processed the NATIONAL ID but 1 to 3months to arrive or they delivered the ID. So no choice i have to pass all those earnings sites and apps that given some small money. So yeah thats it guys. Sorry if this article is long but i just want you to know of how ID is very important and useful to us.

Why is it important to have our own towel or personal towel?.
I just realized this earlier while im taking a bath, i remember someone(perhaps one of my family), since earlier my own towel that i personally use is gone, i don't know where it is. Because i only have 1 towel and i only wash it every 3 days because im kuripot that's why my towel is only one. Hahahaha LOL. anyway let's go back to the topic, continue reading below.........
***So i remember earlier that one here in our house member, is really nasty when using a towel, because everytime he use his towel especially after taking a bath, he likes to wipe his butt and anus with his towel very depth, which is i don't like(yun bang kinukodnod talaga ang towel sa pwet sa pagpunas), its really nasty you know. Imagine when we use a towel, we wipe it for our face, neck, arms and body then someone is using it with a nasty style. Do you think you can be like to use that towel?, no right?. Thats why its very important to have our personal towel, every member of our family must have their own towel, because you know we have different kinds of illness, odor, bacteria in our body. So we really need to have our own towel, than borrowing each others towels. So lets be cleanliness and avoid that kind of style by borrowing towel and also wash your towel every 3 days or change it every 3 days or 1 week.***
Once that person had a serious illness and you are using his/her towel then there is a possibility that you can inherit his/her desease. And also our towel must be clean, dry and free from dust or any kind of bacteria or virus. Because we use our towel in our face, so change your towel every 3days or 1 week. So that the bacteria will not remain on your body. Because after 3 days you are using your towel, you can observe that the smell of your towel is started to have a stinky smell or bad odor. So it indicate that the bacteria is started to grow.
For those who had a kids or babies, their towel must be separated from adult towel, so that the odor will not mix on their clothes or towel. They should be smell like a baby or kids, not a smell of bad odor of an adult.

So as you can see even in first use there is a thousands of bacteria and once it reach of 1 week the bacteria will become millions. So its really important for us to change our towel. Because even how cleaned you are to yourself and if your towel is not that cleaned and dry then you can be still sick because of the bacteria that you inhale and stuck on your pores.
And also we need to separate a towel for our hair, face and for our body only. Because our hair and face is very much sensitive than our body. So having q cleaned clothes is keep you away from sickness. Sometimes because of this, this is the cause of our illness and also can cause pheumonia.
Dont ignore your urinary tract infection
Many of us especially women, that ignoring U.T.I(URINARY TRACT INFECTION), but didn't you know if you will not take action of its first stage from your urethra it will grow up to your bladder which is the 2nd stage, and if you still ignore in a 2nd stage then it will up to your ureter and 4th stage in your kidneys. So once it is in the kidney it is the time THAT YOU'RE LIFE IS IN DANGER AND NEED TO MEDICATE OR SURGERY.

For those men U.T.I is not common to them because they had a long urethra than women,because women prone in UTI due to our short urethra and also the bacteria can go up easily than mens organs.
Why i open up this to you?
-***Yesterday as i was in the public hospital nearby in my area, when im waiting in the OPD (OUT PATIENT DEPARTMENT) section, one of the patient there i was so confused of, is she had a catheter connecting on her pants. So since she has a mother thsupport on her walk, so i ask her of what happen to her daughter. And she said to me "that her daughter had a URINARY TRACT INFECTION", and when i heard it, i was actually afraid if what could it be also happen to me. So that day i realized that taking care of our reproductive organs is very important. If you don't want to undergo in surgery. Be better to consult and don't abuse your organs especially our kidneys.***
****Our kidneys is the number one source of our health****. Why? Because our kidneys is the one who cleanse those waters, foods and other kind of drinks or foods that we are taken in our body. The work of our kidney it to clean our bloods to prevent bacteria. So once our kidney is infected and full of gallstones or kidney stones. Then our kidney will stop to cleanse our blood,urines and etc.
Actually i go to the hospital yesterday because my concern is my reproductive organs, because i always felt pain on my hips back, ovaries area and gallbladder area. So for short it could be U.T.I, but after my laboratory test of my urine and blood, they are all normal and nothing is serious that need a surgery or operation. But i wondered earlier(because i go back to the hospital to read my lab test yesterday), why the doctor dont give me a prescription since it mark on my lab test I have plenty of bacteria on my urine.
The doctor only said that if the pain still occur then i will back there. So maybe it only need me to drink more water to wash out the bacteria and no need to take an antibiotics.
Anyway God knows what could be the source of my pelvic pain. Although i did not consult yet about my uterine prolapse, coz you know i saw that there is something on my private part that something falling on my vag*na. Though some people said it can be treaten but for now, i need to rest before i go back to consult my other problems on my body.
I done consult for my whole abdomens and it all normals and also my eyes i already done to check up. So next is my head and pelvic area and ears. Because all my body had a bad feeling, almost everyday i feel pain on my head, eyes and ears.
So guys dont forget to take care of your body. Once you felt unusual feeling or pain. Then better consult a doctor than say sorry to yourself for not taking an action to cure it.

Unlucky Me
I don't think im lucky to every kind of gamble. Yeah my palm is not good when it comes in gamble.
I tried (interesting mall 2015)IM2015,SABONG INTERNATIONAL, COLOR PERYA, RAINBOW GAME, FUNNY GAME, PHOENIX GAME, TONG ITS GO AND ETC.
All that i mentioned above is they are wasting my money. I wonder why other people can earn so much money wit those apps or sites. But me even 1 peso i couldn't get or cash out. I can say to myself than even how hard i tried to win and try to cash out it never happen.
I think im badluck in gamble, i always top up but never win. Actually im upset and disappointed of myself for not controlling my money to spend with that kind of gambles. Because you know i still hoping that i can win or can Withdraw with it, but its always failed. I hate myself i swear. I always wasting money than save it. Im mad nor angry to this gambles and also for myself because even i know that i can never win or success, i still trying without a chance to withdraw any amount.
There is a scenario that the minimum is 500 pesos cash out, i reach 470 so only 30 pesos that i must achieve to win but it slowly lose until become zero again. It really means gamble is not good for me at all. Or maybe i just addicted thru this thats why i never stop to top up. Maybe also they make my mind controlled with thier sites or maybe too im controllable to stop with it.
I don't know how other people do it, even i applied their tricks still not effective on mine. Sucks such a waste of money and time. I don't when i could stop. All my earnings from noise and in read.cash are all turn into zero. (nakakagigil ako pukpokin sa ulo noh di ako marunong magtanda).
So it really means that badluck is in me. Even in business i never succeed. What a poor life i have. And also even i do hardwork still my sacrifices is nothing to work to be lucky. Some of us this time of pandemic is our stress reliever is food, but we didn't know what is the real cause of belly fat. Some of us had a big belly fat and don't know how to make it slim without exercises. Just like me i have belly fat and i want to make it slim yet i don't want to do some exercise, because you know im lazy when it comes in exercises(hahahaha LOL).
Anyway the most common of our belly fat is not just of too much eating but also due to we didn't chew it properly. Yes guys number one of that is we did not chew our food properly. That's why it cause us also bloated and full.
You should know about this because this is very important for us to know.
Chewing our food properly makes our digestion system digest properly and prevent from bloating, gasses or uric acid in our stomach. And also it help us to relax and enjoy our food we eat and we can taste the real taste of every food.
And not just that once we chew our food slowly, we cannot eat to much unlike if we eat faster and not chewing our food. It will cause us big belly and lazy to work. Its important to prevent that kind of style of eating.
Though there is a situation like nurse, doctors, firemen or some jobs that needs to ate your brunch faster, but it needs some juice or fruits to eat or drink of to maintain your digestion.
For some people like me that always in our home, so we need to minimize our food intake or food intolerance. I have an experience between when we chew our food properly and in not.
Before i discover about chewing our food, i ate faster before and that cause me bloated always, more gas pain in stomach, difficult of breathing and not good digestion. I always had difficulty in passing stool.
But as i observed when i try chewing my food little by little, i feel less in constipation, less in gas pain and i feel full easily. So we can see that chewing our food properly makes our digestive system work properly and also keep us healthy.
Food intolerance is not really good actually, i know that food is life but if you are on my case, you will also stop in eating unhealthy foods and in too much food intake.

Having a big belly fat is a sign of unhealthy body and bad digestion. So no wonder that one day if we still continue that habbit, we surprise that there is a findings of high cholesterol, stroke, cyst, cancer in intestine or tumor. Having that illness is not a joke. Aside that expending too much money, you will also ready if you gonna survive the operation or going to die.
But if you cannot prevent that habbit just be sure to eat more fruits and vegetables and also do an exercise like yoga.
By the way there is another one, after you ate do not sleep immediately or lying down on your bed. Because it also cause you vomit and having hyper acidity. It makes your food intake stuck on your pancreas and cannot digest in your small and big intestine.

Cheating is a choice
Many of us already saw some post, actual or heard in social media about cheating while in a relationship.
But sometimes those cheaters didn't accept the fact of word "CHEAT". We always remember once you are still in a relationship, don't ever cheat your wife/husband or gilfriend/boyfriend.
***But their is a case why many man/men cheating on thier wife/girlfriend because of this reasons:***
One of that is, they cannot contented of what they had, they want more or want more, more than what their partner had. So of course their going to find ways to satisfy their wants. Sometimes they become selfish in that situation, they only think about their self than thinking about what would be their partner's reaction if he caught.
Next option is, maybe their partner is having a bad attitude, or over demanding, over reacting or too much jealous on many things. Sometimes we need to minimize our attitude, jealousy, demands and etc. Because you know if we are already too much, then it isn't good at all. So you'll expect that one day your partner find another woman/man to make them happy or satisfy with without arguing or hitting in emotion or physically.
Too much negativity on their mind or for short they don't have any trust on their partner when it alone. Especially when they know that the day they meet it's a womanizer or something many men likes her. So with that situation its not only jealous but also no trust on his/her partner.
What we should be do to ***avoid cheating***?
First of all talk with your partner, and if in case you are no longer happy with him/her then talk to her straight, than cheating on your partners back. Sometimes there is a situation that can fix or can still handle but they choose to broke up without proper discussion or counselling. Especially when you had kids, make your relationship work, challenge, contented and happy. Some issues in every couple or family is minor, but they make it big issues and trouble they ni bkk let it broke apart. So the ending their child is the one who suffer of what they did. If you felt unloved to your partner then cheating is not a choice, just think your son or daughter. Having a happy family/complete family is the best gift we had on earth. Although there is a broken family but happy, it still depends on the situation. But if you think you can fix that minor issues then stay and talk with it. Don't choose to cheat just you to be happy.
Be happy in a way that you are no longer has a pending problems. Coz you know its good in our heart and mind that we are FREE from anything. That's why its important to separate or broke up with good terms between you and your partner&children. So the peace well within you, right?
Okay, so now lets talk about those broken family. Though i knew many people near me that broken family is also a choice, the top one of many reasons why many parents now are single mom/single father because of abusing physically and emotionally. There is a partner whether its man or woman hitting their partner in physical, they abuse them especially the children, they beat their partner so hard like punching, kicking, slapping, tie them or lock them in corridor, lock in the house and so on. Once you're partner having that attitude or manners then you should leave it, and report it to the authorize personnel that can help you with that situation. To also give them a lesson and get them in rehab. Too much hitting in physical or emotional is not good at all especially when they do it to you many times or every single Day. So we rather choose a broken family or being single, than having a partner that makes you slave or poor.
But if you had a good partner, a very kind, lovable, faithful, loyal, trustworthy and pretty/handsome then be contented, nobody's perfect guys, so lets be contented on what we had. Your already blessed, so embrace that gift of yours. You have a thing/person that doesn't have on others. And also before you proposed to him/her, make sure that you loved him/her so much. And if you are not sure then don't propose to her. Many couples now they got married but after few years of being together they broke up. So whats the main reason?
-they are not contented, or having a minor issues but they didn't fix it. So please prevent that. Fix your problems guys. Always remember that God give yoi challenges and trials because God knows you can make it and solve it. Don't follow what satan said on your mind.because satan hate happiness. So once that happiness of yours taking by satan then you are already weak in God's prescenes.

So ayun binalewala kona naman siya at **nitong** nakaraang linggo lang which is mahigit 1 year konang bi alewala at sa sobrang curious ko na talaga dahil di talaga siya nawala. Nagsearch ako online at google, at talagang pinahirapan pa ako kung ano tawag nito for almost 30mins nakakahanap kung ano to "buwa o pelvic organ prolapse". At nabasa ko nga na delikado rin pala ito.
Siguro nakuha koto nung pinanganak ko bunso ko kasi panay ere ako nung pinanganak ko siya eh halos maubos na talaga lakas ko sa pag ere kasi halos 20mins akong umiire para lang lumabas siya. Gabayan natin ang ating mga anak

Ang buhay ng mga anak natin isa lang kaya baka magulat nalang kayo isang araw bangkay na anak niyo na dumating sa bahay ninyo.

I dont think any kind of topic or aticle so i just decide to post about this. Because this is my struggles today.
I dont know what to do because first of all my mind is something going to blow out. I have a lots of problems since yesterday till now and for tomorrow.
Im very weak to think of where can i get some money for the medicines of my mom, plus my siblings didnt like to reply us to help me and also my partner is giving me a hardheadache because he got suspended for 5 days as a delivery rider. I dont know where to find some money for our foods, our daily needs and for my moms medication. Its makes me something to die and leave in this world. Because honestly im so tired of everything, even myself i didnt even care of what i feel in my body pain and my headaches that so much painful.
Its so hard to me especially when i dont have any money to buy and give for all our needs. Its literally struggled. If you were in my situation, you will feel what i feel.
But they need me so i need to stand and find some ways but how and where. Even myself if theres willingness there is a way and if not theres a lot of reason. But yeah its very hard you know to think of where can i get some money. I tried online selling but no one buy my products and items. I become weaker i swear....
My partner cant help me for everything because even him didnt know where to an alternative work while his suspended. My lifr is so struggle huhu i cant think straight m, my mind is also going crazy. Its such an unlucky month for me. Such full of problems left and right.
But I'm still trying to find money just so I can give it to my mother because she's really very poor. SHe was already telling me that she was really tired but she still wanted to live. What I will do I don't know. I'm going crazy. Where can I get 2000 pesos a week for his medicine.

I cried .... Because before they die or have an accident, they have so much fun. Even their families can't accept what happened without their loved ones. The heroes of the town to suppress the terrorists. It's very sad ... Because imagine if you were the one in that incident you would really cry, think you were one of the survivors you can really say your lucky because you survived and alive. But those with you that you want to help and save, you didn't do it because of so much fast happened, That traumatized one of our soldiers. Nearly half of their companions on the plane died, so it was very sad and heartbreaking.

Because we can't tell when we will be in this world, even if you don't know how you died and what you died of, unless you get sick, you will know what is the cause of your death. I also wrote this article because I have a mother that I should be grateful for and as long as she is alive I should show her that I am here as her child. For our soldiers who died in the c-130 plane crash, I sympathize with their families and friends who lost their loved ones in a sudden and unexpected event. Many soldiers had families and left behind their young children. I can feel them even though my partner didn't die, but when you see the sadness in their eyes, it makes me cry. I don’t even know the soldiers who died but I cried at the videos I saw. The bitterness of what happened to them is their corpses were already burned.
Always love your family and friends, we only live once so lets treasure of our everyday lives. Those people that God gave them a second chance to live in this world is such a big Blessings from God above. Not everyone is given a chance to live again so we are thankful that we are alive. No matter how they are with you, don't cultivate anger. Because when they die, they will feel sorry for us,. But the people we know that are doing a very depravity, God will judge them especially those who kill brutally, raped and killed and the heinous murders of people who are innocent,those people are the ones should die in a blazing fire.

Update of my moms liver tumor condition
This is my mom now. As time went on, her illness got worse. No matter how hard I try with noise.cash and read.cash, it's still not enough to give her a biopsy. I was hurt so much when I saw her earlier at home that she was so thin. I was crying but I didn’t want to show it to her Because I don't want her to think more about her illness. It really hurts and I dont want to see my mother's body like that.

I am the eldest daughter and its very difficult to me just to earn money to give her for treatment. I don’t know what I can do. She still doesn't eat and can't sleep, it's been 7 weeks since my mom's losing so much weight. I really don't want to share it but it's necessary for me to help her.
As a child I couldn't keep to see her like that. I will never forget everything mama said. So when we came home, I cried a lot. Because what if one day the Lord really takes her. Who else can I go to and listen to my problem. As I type this, my tears are dripping. I can't help but cry.

When you are a good child, you really want your mother to live longer than let her go. I have siblings but I don't seem to have any siblings because I'm the only one looking for a way to help mama. Any message you give them does not reply or even calls do not want to answer. I'm really annoyed but that's eldest role, so no matter how terrible the problem is, you still have to think wise. My life is not easy because everyone around me gives me problems. So even myself have an illness but I ignored it because if I put myself first, what about my mother who needs more attention and help first. It's crazy but I can do it as much as I can.
God will take care of everything, because what God's plan is, we can't do anything about it. He is the owner of our lives so we also ask him for help in all things and problems.

***Good - because you can save money and let you help your baby grow healthy and saves time to prepare formula milk.***
***Bad - because in my experience once your breastfeeding mom and you have something to go in urgent, is you cant directly go to your task or meetings or some important matters that you have to be done.***
Maybe for others are easy for them to say that i will use breastpump but im not comfortable with it and also my kids or baby is inficcient in bottle feed. So for short i suffer a lot.
But because i love my child, i didnt make it as excuse to all my journey as a breastfeeding mom, until now that my 2nd baby is turning 2, this december. But until i like to breastfeed my baby, so no one can stop me for that. Its really true that babies and mommies had a benefits in breastfeeding.
Like in a past week, we go to the health center to got some check ups on my kids because they got fever and cough and also sneezing to often. So when i tried to check my weight, i thought im gonna be reach 70kgs(154pounds) but not, i just have a weight of 65kgs(134pounds) which is the weight i have on my first baby till now is maintain. I didnt do some diets or doing exercise, for short im lazy those kind of activity hahahaha. Yeah so i got surprise that my weight is still the same. So obviously the rumor about breastfeeding benefits is really fact. But im not sure on keep you away from ovarian or breast cancer. Because i didnt get some test about my organs and chest. So im hoping that soon i'll gonna have some time to do with that lab test, for now it is hard for me also i don't have enough money because i prioritise my moms condition (which is liver tumor).
