Prevention is better than cure
At this time of pandemic, many people are lazy to do some exercise (like me hahahaha), that even 30mins exercise cannot do it at all.
Especially those students and teenagers now that they are busy playing games.
The example of that is :
Mobile legends, cast of clans, and many many more game app that make them addicted to it.
They are forgot to eat their meals or the meal time. Almost all of them eating late and also sleep late.
Because as i observe here in my city or in my area now. We have a computer cafe here. That some teengers or even a child playing there(neighbore) so addicted to the computer games and their very noisy while playing because they are shouting to not to lose their game characters and teams.
And theyre parents scolded them to go home and eat but they always say "mamaya na ma(later) ". See their parents is so concern but their child addicted already to the game.
Addiction must prevent before its too late, many on news now or in social media news that some gamers whose addicted are now paralyzed and already sick or ill. If you want your child to avoid it. Please do some action to prevent it or else youll gonna regret once it happenings to your family or children.
Always gave them time and rules to obey you and follow what your rules is. Because addiction is not helpful at all.
So now how do we avoid this kind of happening now. They are not just addicted but also losing the money of their parents into a nonsense things. Were in a pandemic and we are so hard to earn money for our family but their only using it for useless things.
First - talk to them what is the side effects of their addiction
Second - give them some jobs or routine in your home.
Third - set a time of their games of how many hours theyre played
Last-set a rules that they are going to obey you. Dont let them controlled you but you must the one who controlled them. Give them a lesson.
Although addiction is not just by playing some games on computer or gadgets but, SHOPPING is also an addiction.
Did you ever try, once youre in shopping app and saw some nice things or interesting items is making you to add to cart?. Yes and thats probably an addiction once youre always add to cart and add to cart and ordered it even if it is not needed.
You must know between "NEEDS" AND "WANTS".
This time of pandemic we must have to controlled our addiction although its our way to prevent stress but it gaves us addiction. So addiction is not good at all
Remember this things
Do some exercise everyday
Eat healthy foods
Take a good nap everyday 7hrs is a minimum
Do some tasks like reading some bibles, love stories, facts, dictionary and more nobles that makes your brain work too
You can also do some enjoyable moment like dancing and singing, planting some veggies, some arts or explore your skill at this pandemic since we dont have any important things to do outside of our home so lets explore your skills, do some sewing, painting, construct some broken parts of your home and everything that make you discovered that yiu have a talent of that/this.
