This is what it looks like when i saute the corned beef and hotdog in a garlic and onion.. As i promise, I will share to you how I cook this sopas now.. Maybe your asking why it has dark color? Right? Its because of the ingredients.. I mix the Harina, egg, fresh milk and brown sugar that makes it darker. Tinolang Manok for AlTang or what we call Brunch. Yung plano na daing at scrambled egg, naging tinola at sinangag. Nagpresenta kasi yung pinsan kong kulot magluto haha kaya ayan sya nagluto ng special tinola. Fishball at Kikiam is the best merienda for all Filipinos out there. It is made with fish meat ground and deep fry until golden brown. The sauce is a cook mixture of flour, water, brown sugar, salt, garlic and chili. The best sawsawan hehe Dati Piso Dalwang fishball na, ngaun 10 pesos for 15 pcs.. yung kikiam ganun din, dati piso lang isa, ngaun 2 na.. Masarap din sya pang ulam. Happy Lunch Everyone, My friend gave us Lengua for Lunch. Her brother cooked it for her wedding celebration. Lengua, or beef tongue, is a common Filipino dish. Some people might get grossed out intimidated by eating tongue, but it tastes delicious hehe It taste good that my petite workmates got 2 plates, she love the taste of lengua.. this is our first time to taste it..
