HIKING, MAKE IT ETERNAL WALK

A man walks for so many reasons. For some, this is an economical heart-healthy activity. On the other hand, it is an opportunity to interact and meet both interests.

But all hikers are attracted to the unparalleled beauty of nature and through it are overwhelmed by the fatigue/problem caused by such an experience. Walking can be a defense of the extreme problems caused by modern city life.

John Muir, founder of the Sierra Club, and in fact Father of the pardon (park), said:

“Walking gives great closeness to the world, freedom. Each foot of the boots on the road means the freedom to stop and admire the flower, act at its own pace, and celebrate crossing a creek in dangerous rock, research every touch, come and quell the dew on the lawn .”

There are many more benefits to walking besides exercising and looking at the sights. We learn to recognize and understand the characteristics of the environment: plainness, silence, and solitude. We also learn to rely on ourselves rather than rely on the help of others. We learn that through our own efforts we value what we have. Lastly, we know better ourselves.

THE CAUSED OF HIKING

Anyone who loves to see birds, stars, and footprints on the ice (snowshoe) knows the happiness that walking brings. But walking is more than just an entertaining way of traveling. It brings health to the body and mind.

Walking clears the mind, reduces fatigue, and strengthens immunity. More than half of the body's muscles are for walking; it is a natural movement that will not have a disability. The walk brings fun discussions and socializing with friends and relatives. Regular walking lowers blood fat and its pressure and improves digestion and the release of food.

Walking Removes Tiredness (stress and Tensions)

Constantly walking increases the calories you burn and helps stimulate your body. When guided by a healthy diet, walking retains a healthy weight and a positive appearance. A quick walk is an exercise or aerobics. It increases the need for the body the air (oxygen) and stimulates the heart, lungs, and muscles to be effective.

Start near your home. Many cities (developmental areas) make their way to parks (decisions). Then go to the parks or sights in the remote provinces. Most have lanes or take a fixed turn, where you can return to your car without having to return to your destination.

As you become interested in getting away, learn about organizations that also walk in your area. These are volunteer groups that organize such activities of walking. They all offer a good walk and have more reading and fun. (When we talk about walking, it takes hours and there is also a whole day; “backpacking” is walking or carrying and camping equipment. But any definition is possible.)

EQUIPMENT

One fun in hiking is that it doesn't cost much. If you are just getting started, you don't have to spend your hard-earned money until you decide to move on. But, if you want to buy an item, think the expensive item can last and it seems like an investment. Proper equipment and clothing will last and be fun to use. The cheaper uses do not last the heavy and Difficult Tasks.

The key and keep your foot. On the walk, a good pair of shoes is enough. In poor walkways, a pair of boots is needed. Properly used stores in this Work will present many classes and options, as well as price. Ask the knowing salesman and find out which one is right in your plan and pocket.

On a day's walk, you will want a light to hang or carry. When the weather is hot, the bedding bag is comfortable as it rests on your back and avoids stinging, neck and shoulders. Couples or together can combine their carrying in a container or bag.

Whatever equipment you carry should be as light as possible. Walking or backpacking the fun is contrary to the weight of the gear. In other words, light means joy. Bring a small vessel to the front-cure in a plastic container; Nozzle or cotton cloth is essential for blister, especially when you feel your feet are warm, small scissors, and elastic banda for the trapped and sore joint.

From May to August, use an anesthetic against the insect - the most effective is 'the high concentration of DEET. Carry a small lens (flashlight) with a long-lived battery: it's so small that you can't remember carrying it as much as you need. The Swiss knife is one of the most profitable items you carry. Shoes or boots are also of many uses, such as sewing a broken bag or vessel. Seven will help call attention in times of disaster.

In hot weather, you need a lot of water. The big-mouth plastic bottle is right: if you make ice the night before the scheduled walk and wrap it in towels so as not to read when you melt you have cold water in the sun.

Protective rain also needs to be taken no matter what the weather. It only rains when you forget your raincoat! In extreme sunlight, big hats are better than small ones because they cover your neck and ears. Sun protection is needed to prevent skin burns or sunstroke. In cold weather the bonnet and gloves are important.

Keep your belongings and clothes in a bag or container that you will never forget when you leave. And use your creativity - adapt all the walking gear and make your journey fun.

What to include in your packing: raincoat or any other protection in rain and wind; sweater, just keep the weather cool; replacement socks (always keep your foot) hat (protect the heat of the day) and gloves; water (one or two liters per person; food (lunch) and reinforcement mediators; compass and seven; anointing against insects; lotion for the sun not to burn; first remedies including foam, gauze, and little scissors; map and book for direction; small lens; Swiss Army Knife; extra sash of boots and glass sun (sunglasses).

HOW TO REMEMBER THE TRACK

In many sights or parks in the provinces and protected areas, there are maps provided or are available at the beginning of the scenes. It just depends on what you look for and where you go.

Travels led by organizations usually have signed. Although there are differences, commonly used symbols are white rectangles, 15 cm high and 5 cm wide, marked on the tree or pole on the side of the road or in the face. Usually when you are walking or traveling the marks are facing you, and if the road is invisible, another mark or sign is visible.

The double mark (one on the surface) means that it needs to be turned. The mark on the surface indicates a change of direction, so turn left and right and look for the next sign.

If you lose your way, just go back to your path and find the previous mark. From here you need to see your path or touch.
