The Hive Steemit Mirroring effect

I have known this for a while of course but in meditation today and then in some chats with my friend after, I saw such a clear concise version of the universal mirror between these two sites. I know people will be like, 'oh no not another hive diss post', but actually I like reflecting on the psychology that makes the world around us work and it can be very useful when we can then take those lessons back to self and understand on deeper levels how the world around us works. Hive is no more than a reflection of how the world works really, just on a more localised and more intense scale.

As they say that which triggers us, is really our own denied shadow that we do not want to face or own up to in self. The hive cabal, as we like to name them, their entire identity is formed around being in control, being the police of the blockchain. It's an 'our rule is absolute and anyone that disagrees or doesn't enjoy our control must be punished with more control, till they succumb' type mentality. What they didn't like however, was someone doing the exact same to them, welcome to the party, 'Justin Sun', that they were doing to others. Finally someone came along who had a little more power than they did and could actually silence them and take away their earnings and that was a different story. The best is now hearing them say that the people on blurt are 'hive exiles' and moaning and crying about being downvoted. That is again the universal mirror of exactly what they did when someone did it to them, they forked to a new platform and whinged and cried about it for months, actually years, I've never seen anyone cry more about someone taking their stake away from them than those guys. They REALLY don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot and yet they are way too unaware to see this is exactly what they have been doing to others for years. They simply ARE Justin Sun, in a different human suit, they are being faced with .... that's right themselves. It's kind of like the ending of prisoner when he finally comes face to face with 'Number One' and it's just him. He has been doing it to himself the entire time. If you haven't seen that series yet, it is a must watch. The hive cabal however, don't seem to have any realisation at this point in time that what they were in fact seeing was themselves, in the universal mirroring that we all have to live with. It doesn't look like any came to the realisation or did any inner work, but instead just got angry, projected their anger onto others and continued on with the same behaviour elsewhere, till the pattern at some point will get repeated and some other person will step in as the new Justin.

But how can we take that into our own lives? It's actually often easier to observe this energy in others than in ourselves, but it happens to all of us. Whenever something really angers us or triggers us, if we are DEEPLY honest with ourselves it's because it's something we do, something that is so deep within us we don't even want to admit it to ourselves. It takes some real honesty and shadow work to see it within self and be able to integrate it. But this is how blurt can be different to the other sites. We can work at resolving our own triggers, more than we project them onto our neighbours. Yes we might not manage in the moment, or be perfect but we can continue to try and live from this space going forwards.

It been a year since I last logged in to read.cash, but it's good to be back. I have to say, though I don't know much about the steem/hive debacle, what you just wrote really struck a cord with me. Great article.
