Choco Graham Balls
Me and my mom used to make this simple recipe during occasions. Added to that this recipe is on of my best seller online. Here it is ❤️
INGREDIENTS
2 packs of crushed Grahams
200g white chocolate chips
150 ml condensed milk
10 g sprinkles
1/4 tsp. food coloring (red)
6 tbsp vegetable oil
PROCEDURE
1) In a bowl, put 2 packs of crushed grahams and condensed milk then mix it throughly. You can use your hands for easily mixing. Make sure that crushed grahams absorbs all of the condensed milk.
2) Once you're done mixing, scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture then form it into a ball. Repeat this procedure continuously until there's no mixture left. Then set aside.
3) In a sauce pan, pour on some 1 - 2 cups of water. Turn on the stove, heat the pan for about 2-3 minutes. Place a bowl on top of the pan. Make sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn't dip on the water to avoid moist. Pour the white chocolate chip on the bowl then mix it as it's slowly melting. Gradually add 6 tablespoon of vegetable oil on white chocolate while mixing it.
4) Transfer the melted white chocolate in a bowl divide it into two parts. Set aside the first bowl. On the second bowl, put 1/4 teaspoon of red food coloring then mix until the chocolate turns red.
5) Dip the graham ball on the first bowl that has melted white chocolate. Make sure to coat it completely, place it on a wax paper then top it sprinkles. Do the same process for the second bowl until all the graham balls are finished. Rest the coated graham balls in the fridge for about half hour.
6) After half hour, remove the graham balls from the fridge. Gently put one graham ball into 6cm baking cup(paper). Repeat it for the rest of the graham ball.
