There will be several dilemmas when we decide to choose a low-paying or high-paying job. For adults, especially those who already have a wife and children, getting a job is an obligation, and even at certain times work can present a constraint. It doesn't matter how profitable the job is, as long as we don't enjoy any salary it will always be a disaster for our lives. I actually wrote an article very recently called "Don't Just Work for a Paycheck," wherein I explained that if all we do in life is work for a paycheck, but we do nothing to INVEST and REPLACE that income, we are really never getting ahead in life. I want to work until I do not have to. Plain and simple. But I will never be able to stop working if all I do is earn a paycheck and spend it all just having to back to work to get more. If I invest in my future, and work to earn that, there will finally come a day when I can either slow down the grind, or stop it altogether, and get on with living.

That's true that's why most are acquiring new skills for nowadays we need to be flexible. Some companies do offer free training and there are lots of free courses online we can take advantage of.
