This graffiti was designed by some artists of the city of Bisceglie, a work created on a huge wall that delimits the port of the city, clearly visible especially to those arriving from the sea and who clearly see the subject of the art: Batman ! For the few who don't know him, Batman is one of the lucky heroes of the DC manga series, a nocturnal hero in a bat disguise who roams the streets of the city of Ghotam in the night to defeat the numerous thugs.
What would Batman be like in 2021?
The hero is depicted in a pose that is anything but fearful of enemies, but is comfortably lying on a duck-shaped mattress, with a sleep and his mask, intent on using a computer and holding his smartphone. But how? Batman nerd? Not only! He also wears eyeglasses!
The work is sarcastic about the capitalist and technological era we are living in. If even a hero like Batman is trapped in these unhealthy habits, then it means the situation is far more serious than we think. The advent of technology has always been thought of as a tool that could improve the condition of man but it is evident that the latter has taken over our life.
The dependence on accessories such as smartphones and computers in the first place went well beyond the expectations of its creators. A simple telephone has always had the purpose of putting two distant people in communication, breaking down the barrier of distance. The advent of the Internet on smartphones has transformed these useful communication tools into truly dangerous objects, a continuous source of distractions and often the cause of particular psychological disorders, such as real addiction to social networks for example.
In Italy, the Tik Tok case is the most discussed social network due to the many extreme challenges created that can easily manipulate the minds of younger kids and push them to make extreme gestures that unfortunately lead to death. Technology is an advantage as long as each individual has full control but this mechanism is easily reversible and the damage can be permanent.
A warning issued by many experts but often unheard, as if all this was not possible. If even Batman has taken off his costume to spend whole days in front of the smartphone or PC then the situation is critical. The artist wanted to emphasize that no one is immune to this disorder and even those who still believe they can control the situation have the same chance of being captured.
One way out is to interact as much as possible with family or close friends, don't be ashamed to talk about it because there is no shame in it. We should all spend less time sharing photos and liking his social media and enjoying our real life more. The future will be increasingly technological and we should think carefully about which tools to use to protect ourselves from addiction to social networks

Per i pochi che non lo conoscessero, Batman è uno dei fortunato eroi della serie manga DC, un eroe notturno con un travestimento da pipistrello che si aggira nella notte tra le strade della città di Ghotam per sconfiggere i numerosi malviventi.
Come sarebbe Batman nel 2021?
L'eroe è raffigurato in una posa tutt'altro che timorosa per i nemici, bensì è comodamente sdraiato su un materassino a forma da papera, con uno sleep e la sua maschera, intento ad utilizzare un computer e con in mano il suo smartphone. Ma come? Batman nerd? Non solo! Porta anche gli occhiali da vista!
L'opera è sarcastica sull'era capitalista e tecnologica in cui stiamo vivendo. Se persino un eroe come Batman è intrappolato in queste malsane abitudini, allora significa che la situazione è molto più grave di quanto possiamo pensare. L'avvento della tecnologia è stato sempre pensato come uno strumento che potesse migliorare la condizione dell'uomo ma è evidente come quest'ultima abbiamo preso il sopravvento sulla nostra vita.
La dipendenza dagli accessori come smartphone in primis e computer è andata bene oltre le previsioni dei suoi creatori. Un semplice telefono ha sempre avuto lo scopo mettere in comunicazione due persone lontane, abbattendo la barriera della distanza. L'avvento di Internet sugli smartphone ha trasformato questi utili strumenti di comunicazione in oggetti davvero pericolosi, fonte continua di distrazioni e spesso causa di particolari disturbi psicologici, come la vera e propria dipendenza dai social ad esempio.
In Italia il caso Tik Tok è il social più discusso a causa dei tanti challenge estremi creati che possono facilmente manipolare la mente dei ragazzi più giovani e spingerli ad effettuare gesti estremi che purtroppo portano alla morte. La tecnologia è un vantaggio fintanto che ogni individuo ne abbia il pieno controllo ma questo meccanismo è facilmente reversibile ed i danni possono essere permanenti.
Un monito lanciato da molti esperti ma spesso inascoltati, come se tutto ciò non fosse possibile. Se persino Batman ha tolto il suo costume per passare intere giornate davanti allo smartphone o PC allora la situazione è critica. L'artista ha voluto sottolineare come nessuno sia immune a questo disturbo e anche chi crede ancora di poter controllare la situazione ha la stessa probabilità di esserne catturato.
Una via d'uscita è interagire quanto più possibile con la famiglia o con gli amici stretti, non vergognarsi di parlarne perché non c'è nessuna vergogna in tutto ciò. Dovremmo tutti noi dedicare meno tempo a condividere foto e a cercare like suo social e goderci di più la nostra vita, quella vera. Il futuro sarà sempre più tecnologico e dovremmo pensare bene a quali strumenti utilizzare per tutelarci dalla dipendenza dei social network.
