A project formed in association with the online marketplace Rarible, Metaversal and AdVenture Media. It will distribute non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, in the gift bags of 25 actors, actresses and directors nominated for their roles in feature films. Each will receive three NFTs in unofficial gift bags. Nominees in the following categories will only receive this gift: Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Director.
All digital pieces designed by artists Jon Noorlander, Shaylin Wallace, Rocco DiSpirito and others will be minted with the names of the nominees in their respective categories. The winner of each category will receive an additional NFT auctioned at Rarible.
Winners will be able to claim the NFTs through a ticket that is in each gift bag, which will allow them to claim their prize through a Portis wallet.
Conclution
In my opinion, taking the NFTs to this type of event will allow to promote and publicize in a faster way the followers of the world of acting and cinema.
We have seen how the NFTs are already in some very important series and movies through the permits they obtain to represent these characters in NFT. An application that already has these patents or permits is VeVe from the ECOMI project.
The world of football has not been left behind as we have seen initiatives by football clubs from the main leagues in Europe quickly join the NFTs.
This can lead to a boost in the commercialization of these types of assets and make people have a greater interest in them. Not only because of the value that these can obtain in the future, but also in exclusivity, since each NFT has a specific number. This makes it more difficult to get them and they have a higher value when someone else puts it up for sale.
