Smartphones prissoners

My own belief is that smartphones are killing our society and our way of life as a whole, rather than simply a single generation.

The impact of mobile phones on society is something I've seen personally. It has turned our societies into prisons and given companies the power to control our thoughts. We are increasingly unable to avoid being exposed to information at all times. As a result of this constant barrage of information, our personal freedoms and rights are being eroded.

I'm not saying this lightly. In old movies that were shot before the widespread use of cell phones, you may see individuals strolling down city streets. One another's glances are locked on each other. People are exchanging information and ideas with one another. However, our ability to communicate with those closest to us has been severely harmed by the development of long-distance communication tools and technology.

On a daily basis, I see this. As a result, families in restaurants no longer engage in conversation with each other as they once did. They're all buried in their mobile devices. Rather than taking at the moment, folks at concerts these days are more concerned with photographing what they see rather than actually participating in it. On the subway, bus, or plane, no one pays attention to the person next to them. They're staring down at their phones with a steady focus. People no longer greet one another as they go down the street, and in many ways, this has led to a decline in our sense of self-awareness.

Because of smartphones, all of us have become more narcissistic. We stopped sharing our lives with individuals in our immediate vicinity. To avoid making commitments, we've come up with all kinds of reasons to cancel them. The only way to get in touch with someone before cell phones were to respect their plants. Imagine that! We are only interested in what is happening on our phones. When we don't pay attention to our environment, we don't slow down, and we don't think logically. It is imperative that we have access to real-time data as well as immediate pleasure. If all this was only making us socially awkward, I wouldn't be screaming the alarm, but cellphones have turned into a weapon for employers to mistreat their employees. You may not have realized it before, but the pandemic has brought to light a tendency that is not good for anyone.

Your supervisor had no method of contacting you when you left the office before cellphones were invented. They'd have to wait until the next morning to see if he had any requests from you. Train conductors and engineers, as well as truck drivers, had no method of being tracked as they went across the country. The only way to communicate with your superiors was to break the rules. Simply disabling the telephone was all it took to prevent you from being contacted when you returned to your home.

I feel that people were less stressed, less in a hurry, and more socially engaged prior to the introduction of cell phone technology. I believe that telephones, particularly smartphones, have robbed us of our sense of community and family connection. Sadly, I don't believe there's any way to reverse the damage. You can now see what's in the box. Convenience is prized more than meaningful interactions with one's neighbors.

I consider myself as one of the prisoners but I don't did that without any purposes like others. I preferred to make things in phone when it is done productive and not senseless

Even a small child has one. unlike before where children are just used to playing traditional games. Hope the old won't fade.
