It's pretty scary to know how quickly time flies
When you're happy or having fun, time seems to fly by, but when you're not, it seems to drag.
What do you think is going through your mind when it's challenging to be at a place you're not happy with?
As a result, you may become more alert to the inconsequential details of the present moment.
Time seems to stretch out further when you pay attention to it more intently, as if with aversion.
It's possible that, on the other hand, one moment may seem the same as the one before or after if you're delighted to be where you are and tranquil and comfortable. Since time passes more slowly, it may not be as noticeable.
Time is relative to your perception. If you think time is flying by, it will.
Time is said to be constant. Nothing you do will impact the rate. That doesn't change your perspective. Consider a marathon runner. You watch from afar as the athlete runs the marathon. You can't time his or her run. Do you think he's quick or slow? It's difficult to say.
It also pertains to your life perception. You don't count the days or months. You observe and do your part.
Time flies. Every second counts. Please make the most of it.
Occasionally, every second feels like the last. And every year is merely another second compared to how many years the human race has left. When all is said and done, each of us seems insignificant.
But it isn't. Consider this. We all have a second. We all perceive time passing and have varying impressions of it. So, what if we added those seconds to additional seconds and minutes? Do you value a second more now?
I won't tell you that you're a fool for focusing on the past. To desire, the past could be changed.
I won't say you're wasting time. I won't say you wasted your time. I also won't tell you what to do to change your life.
Things shouldn't be modified directly. We can't just ignore some things. We need to adjust our perspective. Look back on those years from the perspective of a child, not an adult. Wouldn't a child value those years?
It's all in the eye. If you accept it, there are no regrets. In the eyes of the world, we are insignificant. Time is relative. I get it. I do.
Time is still one thing I know in this world that don't give a damn to any factor on earth. It keeps moving whether it's raining, or sunshine. Time flies!
