I cried last night

I have cried in culturally sanctioned happy moments (complete with bells and whistles), such as a close friend's marriage, but being honest and reflecting on it, these were not truly happy moments for me, and I suspect that for some other people getting emotional there (like the weeping parents), it was not truly a happy moment either, but rather a socialized unconscious artificial happiness cover-up, such as: "We are socialized to 'just get through things' or 'toughen up. Many people, for example, become enraged. Anger offers us a (false) sense of control over a situation by creating the illusion that we are in control and in charge.

It's only a matter of time before your emotions overflow and forces you to confront them.

I believe God has blessed us with a priceless and beautiful gift: tears, which always show our emotions toward someone or something, whether happy or sad.

I believe that if a person is truly sensitive and kind, he or she will constantly have tears in their eyes in both happy and sad circumstances.

Occasionally, words are insufficient to convey our feelings of love, happiness, or despair, and tears flow to demonstrate our emotions.

While it is natural for people to cry in times of despair, when someone has tears in their eyes during times of joy, this is a sign of a good heart. God does not bestow this priceless emotion on everyone; only those who are dear to Him and who are good at heart cry when they are joyful or observe someone else's happiness. So, if you feel the same way, you should be grateful that God has given you this lovely way to show your love or happiness through your tears.

Joy-filled tears. Tears, in my opinion, are a form of expression. Occasionally, we are overcome with emotion to the point where we feel compelled to express it. We are unable to contain the feeling within us or our hearts will burst, and so we scream joyful tears. It is our body's natural way of purifying and releasing. It's like filling a bucket; you can only fill it to a certain point before it overflows or a gap allows water to escape. We are not supposed to hold onto every emotion we experience because our bodies are incapable of handling such a flood, so why not let some of it out? Tears of any kind are OK. Accept your joyful tears and allow them to flow freely, as they will make you feel even better.

Crying is good for the soul and there's no wrong in crying. In that case we can release the pain and struggles we felt inside. Crying because of happiness is also a genuine heart of joy ❤️ nice meeting you here and see you around 😇

It's okay to cry to let go of the negative feeling.
