Crypto makes us happy
I'll accept a better solution if it's offered by someone else. They are the experts here, so I'll take their word for it. What I've realized is this:
Currency is odd when you think about it.
Let's take a closer look at the US dollar first. An image is printed on paper or fabric, and that's all it is. However, we assign a monetary value to it, and we all agree that each type of note is worth a certain amount of money.
Similarly, our ancestors valued onyx more highly than granite and agreed on a specific value system for each type of rock.
The definition of a currency is whatever the parties involved agree upon.
There are a number of reasons why bitcoin is regarded as having more value than cash. Because we like the new currency, it becomes more valuable as time goes on, which is part of the rationale.
Bitcoin, on the other hand, takes things to an all new level. For example, consider the Bitcoin cryptocurrency. Coins are scarce, so get them while you can. These coins can be shared, but there will be no more coins made. Supply and demand take effect as a result. Attempts to purchase Bitcoin increase as more people become interested in the currency. Because there is a high demand for this currency but a limited supply, the price of a single coin will grow indefinitely as long as people desire it.
Other currencies, such as the US dollar, create new money and then remove some of it from circulation. In the same way that bitcoin is influenced by supply and demand, this currency is likewise subject to those forces.
For our benefit, the price of a single bitcoin is insane, but it's possible to own even less than 0.00003 bitcoins, as compared to the 0.01 cents that may be purchased in USD-type money. According to the supply-and-demand equation, you could still own 30 bitcoins even if the price of one bitcoin had hit $1,000,000 USD.
Thank you for reading, and I really hope it was helpful.
