Hi guyz!!.🙌Happy Saturday😊😇btw today i want to share my interpretation of my school "VISSION" and "MISSION"and i hope you'll be the one as my commentors if its good or not.😁
First i will posted the picture,my school vission and mission, bellow👇Then i'started to interpret it.🙃
INTERPRETATION:
My interpretation on the leyte colleges vission is that the school are envissioned or see itself as one of schools that is unbiased on they are giving fairness to everyone. It provides equal opportunity without dicriminating based as to sex, race, color, etc. Provides equal opportunity also means they have more choice to give they are offering or mentoring on a non-discriminology basis, and lastly from the word specialized educational training, they've envissioned that every students of Leyte Colleges will improve their own set of skills.
My interpretation on the Leyte Colleges mission is that, first, the school's mission is to be committed to form well integrated person or students, according to Rogers"the integrated person is unified within him or herself at all levels and with low discrepancy between the present self and desired self"so that's what Leyte Colleges wanted to the person or student.
Next, developing them to be morally upright citizens, means the school mission is the students to be or have a high moral standard, observant on ethicap and moral principles and individually behave according to the standard of what is right or wrong.
Then, imbued with desirable Filipino values, means the school mission is also to open the students mind to the Filipino values some example of those are flexibility, adaptability, creativity, faith, religiosity, ability to survive and many more. And imbued with desirable Filipino tradition is a belief that is passed through different generations also by different persons or famillies. The school's mission is to introduced or teach that to the students.
Another one, academically trained to be productive, the school wanted the students to be trained to the work, related to schools or colleges, epecially works which involves studying and reasoning rather than practical or technical skills. The school also want the students to be productive it means the students produce or contruct rather than just understand it.
Lastly, the school also wanted the students to be active, in addition to that the school will encourage the students not just in academic, also in extra-curricular activities. And they also want the students to be intelligent and competitive participants in nation building.
