Be Wise. Be emotionally healthy!

Doing our best in everything we do is the most important part of life. The journey we have may vary from every individual. But there are certain things we should take into considerations in dealing with it. Most of the time, we deal with people. Whether we are a student, a teacher, a parent, an employer, or an employee, we tend to always interact with one another. And it is good to always have a good relationship with each other.

Though it is not always the case. Yes, we interact with almost all person we meet each day. And from there we create that special bond called friendship. It is a package of feelings shared with a trusted person. But what if that friendship weakens? What if unavoidable circumstances arise, and affect you a lot?

Avoiding certain people to protect your emotional health is not a weakness. It is wisdom. It is the soundness of action or decision with regards to the application of experience, knowledge, and good judgment. So when you feel that your behavior changes in a not so good way because of a person, you need to be wise. Be wise like a king. Be wise like a ruler. It won't hurt you. Instead, it will help you become emotionally healthy.
