BULALO OR NILAGANG BAKA?! If you're going to ask me, my answer is "Que sera, sera!," or whatever that should be what matters to me now is I satisfied my craving for something that have beef on my food which I yearned to have on my table. Actually, I am contented with the food stuff which is sold in my favorite noodle houses along the street going to downtown Bacnotan, beef pares which is being served in Arko, or goto which is exclusively available at Kuya Hanley's, however, the said food houses were still closed when we passed by at their vicinity early in the morning. So to avoid FOMO, my wife instead bought beef and some ingredients at the market.
