Recipe "'Easy Chicken Biryani' ':) ---------------------------------------- ----------
Materials: -
700 700 g of basmati rice (can also be made with home made rice).

Method: -

5) Now marinate the meat and whole potatoes in a pressure cooker and give 2/3 whistle. Make sure to light the flame while cooking.
** Things to do for biryani rice: ---
1) Soak the rice in water for at least an hour.
2) Now let it boil with water in a pot. Drain the water and add the rice. Add bay leaves and salt. The amount of water should be given according to the rice.
3) Take the rice down to stay a little stiff. Squeeze the rice by pouring it in the net of the mosquito net.
** Now the stage of sorting i.e. laying: ---
Put the rice in a pot first. Then spread a few pieces of cooked chicken meat, potatoes then fried onion i.e. barista. Layer again in the same way. Finally spread keora water. Now spread 2 tablespoons of desi ghee and keep it covered.
4) This time put a pan in the oven or put the biryani pot on a pot of boiling water for about 20-25 minutes.
** The lid of the biryani pot should be closed well. If necessary, it is better to close the gap with macha flour coating.
