People usually get up in the morning and want to get a coffee. The morning coffee is sacred. Without it, the day simply does not appear to work out in a good way. They feel tired and never really feel like they have woken up.

Coffee has loads of health advantages, so you don't need to stress over kicking the main thing that has the power to wake you up. That's why I never drink coffee first. I made a habit of drinking 1-2 glasses of water after waking up, after 30 mins then drink my coffee. My stomach feels good after that. And drinking more coffee in a day is not good for health too.

That's why i always wanted to drink coffee when I'm already take a breakfast, cause one time when i drink coffee and i didn't eat anything yet my stomach was hurt so bad.
