Yeah,it could be true that the internet could get 40 times faster than the present speed. The Google project named 'Titan' had made it possible. The plan was to deliver the internet through the solar planes. Is that amazing!
The future was here but it got flopped . The bigger companies like Google and Facebook were investing millions of dollar on it. That could not be successful because of the crashes of the drone. The drone was made to self charge through the solar panel and had a ability to fly 5 years without any landings.
The whole world could get the faster speed and the global would get 40 times faster too. But it's sad it remained a dream. But in future it can again be reopened and made it true and successful. See here
