How to increase Height with few steps?

Rapid increase :

    Firstly start with skipping:- daily start with the regular skipping, but the cutting should be done correctly, initially jogg for nearly 10 to 20 min to heat or warm up your body.

    After completing our jogg a skipping rope is needed which usually should be of a good weight,because of the weight the rope's rpm (round per minute) increases by which the rope would skip in a proper order. For a proper a weight you can use a plastic rope instead

     Use only your fingers to jump, because this will increase the ligament tear in your leg muscles which will usually tighten the muscle of your legs by which your height starts increasing.

 The food to be taken ? 

     We have to stop taking excess oil spill foods by which the energy rate of our body decrease, so stop taking low or cheap oil foods. We can take olive oil, because this usually when is consumed by us the oil is evaporated or excreated out from our body in the useless manner. So start taking the healthy foods.

Healthy food menu

  Beakfast_

Eat oats as break fast or cornflakes, brown bread with half boiled omlet, 2 boiled eggs, some pumpkin seeds.

   Lunch_

Eat brown rice and some veg curries and chicken as your diet plans.

  Evening_

Eat brown bread with omlet and some veggies

  Dinner_

Eat rotis(tortilla) or chapatis with some dal for Indians. 

  Before Bed_

should confirm drink a glass of lassi before bed because as u take good protein content it releases a very high heat content in your body to digest protein so to cool your body before bed takes a glass of lassi as your need and your body weight.

Exercise:-

Doing exercise is also an additional good factor like push-ups, bench presses, crunches, abs work out, knee ball workouts, etc and all.

The sports to be played:-

We can play basketball and the rest of the sports because playing basketball would increase our height 20% faster than any other game this was stated by the World sports federation. So basketball playing is actually a very good health healing game because there are many benefits in only one game.

This game actually includes cardio, muscle-burning, muscle cramping, and height increasing at the same time.

sleeping is the time when your body grows, so having plenty of sleep is equivalent to giving your body more time for growth. get betwwen 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20....
