Oh January, why are you leaving us? The first month of the year, that seemed infinite, is finally coming to an end. And while it has been great for the cryptocurrency market until now, the world is going to shit. Kobe Bryant died in a tragic helicopter accident (RIP Kobe) and the biggest viral outbreak in decades, The CoronaVirus (AKA Corona chan) is trying to decimate Chinese ranks as you read this. While the virus has the support of a big number of followers in social media, most of them hikikomoris from 4chan who have even pledged love to the virus and idealized it as a lolita with a bat costume, we are still here.

But the cryptocurrency world cannot be silent against an attack on humanity, and who better than Justin Sun to face this ominous threat casting a shadow over humanity? The notorious CEO of Tron, has appeared in a cringy video moving boxes supposedly stockpiling medical equipment and masas to help fight the outbreak of the virus in mainland China. The ugly part of this issue is that Sun is using the importance of this threat to shill Tron in between, a not-so-noble act, to speak lightly of his actions.

Take that thumb up in the name of Tron, Corona chan

Every single thing does help to try and contain the spread of the virus, but Sun, you could have done that without mentioning Tron in the middle, and just focusing on what really matters: the help. Unnecessary exposition just shows you are a incurable shill even when it comes to charity, and actions speak louder than words. Still we'll see who wins soon: Sun with his exposition scheme or the cute Corona chan.

Still, all's not lost in the cryptocurrency world, and our friend Rune Christensen, founder of MakerDao, presents us a kindler face singing a great kids song that will remain throughout the ages. As corny as it is, his warm and stable notes (almost as stable as DAI, the MakerDao stablecoin), and his hands going from one side to another paint a sympathetic view of a cryptocurrency business man.

The video dating back from 2013 is still more bearable that some Ethereum developer song and dance in certain conference that won't be mentioned here (but we'll link to it anyway).

This is all for today's take on spicy and cringy things happening in the incredibly vast cryptocurrency related world. Now go, drink a beer and reflect about how you are wasting your life reading these kind of things daily. But if you find you forgot to cool your beer, soon there will be an instant solution for that.

An argentinian company called "Chill It Tech" has invented a "cooling microwave," a sort of miraculous device that gets drinks cold in less than thirty seconds. Marcos Condomí Alcorta, Nicolas Kolliker Frers y Santiago Schmidt, took this endeavor as a project to enjoy cold beer any day and hour. The formula is still a secret (bummer), but they already have working prototypes, so we might see this miracle soon in our living rooms.

Until the next shitty compendium!
