Indonesia is a country that has a lot of beautiful marine tourism, that's because Indonesia is an archipelagic country. So don't be surprised if this country located on the equator has very promising marine tourism to visit.
Not only the ocean which has blue and clear water, stretches of sand with various textures and colors are spread across several islands in Indonesia.
Then which marine tourism should we visit? here is the list.
1. Komodo Island Pink Beach
Komodo Island, located in the province of East Nusa Tenggara, seems to have no end to its beauty. Not only the mangrove forests that continue to be green even though the dry season arrives, the beauty of the island's landscape is also on the coast and marine life.
The stretch of sand on the coast there is pink and it's a rare sight that will surely fascinate your eyes, not to mention the sea also has blue and clear water. The beach which actually has pink sand comes from coral fragments and other biota that are carried by the current to the mainland and mixed with beach sand.
2. Nihiwatu Beach
Nihiwatu Beach, which is located on the island of West Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara, may not be as popular as Kuta Beach on the island of Bali. But who would have thought that this marine tourism was chosen and is in position 17 of the 100 best beaches in the world and the only beach in Indonesia that was chosen by CNN World's 100 best beaches in the world.
In fact, this Nihiwatu Beach beats Hanelai Bay Beach which is in Hawaii at rank 27. This is because this beach is not only beautiful but also a paradise for world surfers to try the ferocity of the waves. Because this white sandy beach has earned the nickname Left God Waves because it has the fastest wave speed.
3. Derawan beach
Derawan Beach is a marine tourism located in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, including 63rd in CNN World's 100 Best Beaches in the World. With a stretch of white, soft sand, and clear water, Derawan Beach is a paradise for divers to see the underwater beauty.
Even among the existing 28 dive points, almost all of them present underwater beauty, both coral reefs, hordes of turtles, stingrays and jellyfish which are very friendly to divers.
4. "Ora" beach in central Maluku
Maybe not many people know about this marine tourism spot because it is a remote place in central Maluku. But this place has a beauty equivalent to Barocay beach in the Philippines.
Because the sea water there is very clear like glass, so you can directly enjoy the beauty of the corals and the beauty of the world under the sea from the boat. If you are not satisfied to see from the boat, you can dive and you also don't need to dive too deep because only by diving 2-3 meters you can enjoy the underwater beauty.
5. Kuta beach Bali
Kuta Beach is located in the western part of the island of Bali, precisely in the Kuta District, Badung Regency. Kuta beach is always crowded with visitors because this beach has extraordinary beauty and is very strategically located.
There we can enjoy its beauty while sitting on the soft white sand, and from a distance we can also see the action of the surfers who are racing against the waves.
Besides being known for its beautiful sand and waves, Kuta Beach is also known for its stunning sunset views. Slowly, the orange bias of the sun's rays slowly descends until it disappears in the open sea, therefore if you visit Kuta beach Bali, it's not complete if you haven't watched the sunset there.
Thus are some marine tourism that you should visit, in fact there are still a lot of marine tourism in Indonesia. That's because Indonesia is mostly a sea and consists of islands.
