What I learned when I play Frisbee :
In the lesson, I learned the basic types of catch and throws which is the main basic skill you must have to be able to play frisbee. There are three throws that are basically used in ultimate frisbee: forehand which is done with the fingers in gun-shaped manner and the disc will be thrown sideways, backhand that is done with the thumb at the topside of the disc while four fingers are placed under the disc and the frisbee will be thrown parallel to the ground while hammer throw is the most powerful compare to the two and can reach a much higher range. Catch as one of the fundamental skill to inherit to play frisbee have two basic form: pancake which used both hands to trap the disc and two-handed catch that uses both hand with an underhand grip to receive the frisbee. As an additional, there is also a throw that was introduced in the lesson aside from those two basic catch and it is called one-handed catch. It requires a much higher skill to be executed because you'll only use one hand to catch the frisbee.
Strategies or steps in playing Frisbee

▪️ There are two teams in Frisbee, each team consist of seven players. The teams can use tossing a coin, flipping the Frisbee, or using some other method of their choice to begin the Frisbee sports.

Knowledge:
▪️One of the rules and prohibited in the sport Frisbee is to make physical contact to other players. It's important to the defender to create a strong defense because that's is one of the way to get the possession in Frisbee but they should avoid to have a physical contact to their opponent to prevent foul or change of possession.

Knowledge:
▪️In order to have a healthy and fun game, the players must be honest and fair. Since there's no referee/s in this game, players itself is the responsible to their own violation, fouls, and mistake that's why having sportsmanship is very important here because it builds good game and good relationship with teammates and other teammates.
